Trent Bridge Surveyors Recenzje

Fantastic service from Imtiaz. Vast knowledge and experience on this sector and very helpful in his advice and guidance.

Great communication throughout the process. Good value compared to other quotes received. Thank you

Great value
Great service at the most competitive price I could find in the Nottingham / Derby area 👍🏼 would definitely recommend 🏡

Really helpful and informative. Booking was easy and the report was thorough.

Quick to respond and provide a quote, which was the cheapest we received. The survey was completed swiftly; we're very happy with the service and would use again.

I got survey done from Trent Bridge Surveyors, can't complain at all!!!
Such a lovely and friendly team. Got appointment straight away and report within three days.
Brief and well explained report.
Not only that, I also got call from Mr Imtiaz and he explained me whole report and told me if need more help team is there to help.
I strongly recommend Trent Bridge Surveyors services.

Comprehensive survey at a good price,
Had to go back to check garage as there was no access which was no problem.Report was ready within 3 days.
Would definitely recommend.

A competitive and informative quote, very quick responses and service throughout and a call with the surveyor who answered all my questions and was very friendly. Couldn't fault Trent Bridge Surveyors and would happily recommend them.

I found it very easy to book a survey. I was kept informed of the progress of my request and I received a comprehensive report with accompanying photos of the property I was buying. There was also an opportunity to request a callback from the surveyor to discuss any issues if I should need it.

A very competitive quote sent over very quickly. Prompt service to book the survey in with the selling estate agent. The report of the survey was in depth, but not in a way that was too hard to understand. The after care call from the surveyor helped me to get the points noted in the survey in proportion to how urgent some property maintenance is needed. I was reassured I can move my family into somewhere suitable and safe. Thank you for helping us with quite possibly the most important purchase of my life- my forever home. I know I can come back to you with any future queries with confidence.

Cheapest out of quotes, and detailed report with pictures and descriptions. report included everything from the garage wiring to loft ventilation. Very happy. report also was also done after 5 days, that is including Saturday and Sunday alot faster than other companies predict.

Detailed survey with a quick report. The surveyor was on time and professional. After the report was produced I had the opportunity to go through it with the surveyor to discuss any findings.

Great service, good communication, quick turnaround and competitive price. Very helpful with any questions we have had.

My experience was really good, the survey was detailed and on time.
It helps me.

Imtaiz Mohammed was very nice and honest.

My only advice for better performance, if you could add to your service:
1- Market evaluation
2- If you can provide an estimate quote for the repairs, I know that it might be difficult, but it's just a rough estimate.

Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Imtiaz for a building survey on my new property. From the initial consultation to the delivery of the final report, Imtiaz demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail.
Imtiaz took the time to explain the findings in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring I fully understood the implications of each issue identified. Moreover, the survey report was delivered promptly and included detailed photographs and recommendations for addressing the issues. I highly recommend Trent Bridge Surveyors to anyone in need of a building survey.

Good communication throughout, reliable and well priced.

Survey done in time as agreed. Report received a few days after. All very well explained. Good price compared to other quotes.

Great service and quick turnaround between payment and survey report being received. Imtiaz was very helpful and stayed in touch throughout the whole experience! Would definitely recommend!

The company was really good and friendly on the phone. Called on the same day as the survey was done is give me the main points of the survey. Got the survey back in 5 days. I would definitely recommend the company.

Great report easy to understand and everything checked properly, I've received a call after the report was done just to clarify what was found and for me was a relief getting that call.
