Trent Bridge Surveyors Recenzje

Speedy survey and service, everything you can ask for in a surveyor and a detailed report! Thank you!

very good and reliable

Recently done our level 2 survey which was booked, completed and report received within 1 week. Very detailed and very happy with the service.

Imtiaz surveyed the house we hope to purchase. He did a very thorough job. He called me during the evening of the inspection to discuss the main points that he found and then the full survey was available online within two days. The document itself included quite a few good quality photos.
I was very happy with the whole process of getting a survey done by Trent Bridge Surveyors and am pleased to recommend them

Great experience with Trent Bridge Surveyors! I was confused to arrange my own survey but Imtiaz was approachable, responsive and supportive throughout. The turnaround time for the report was very quick and thorough, and they went the extra mile to talk me through the report if I wanted. The service was excellent - I highly recommend Trent Bridge Surveyors!

We had a Help to Buy Valuation. Amazing service! Got booked in the next working day, as they managed to squeeze us in last minute. The guy who came (Imtiaz) was quick, and professional, and got the full report back to us quickly within 2 days, when initially we would have had to wait 3 days for a report. He kept us in the loop. Highly recommend.

Imtiaz was very professional and great. He had time to discuss the project in detail, called back to give a brief overview and spent over an hour talking me through the report. The report itself is detailed and self explanatory even a first time buyer like myself can understand

Good communication throughout, good report sent through and good layout. Would recommend 👌

Efficient, prompt and professional service. Competitive price too! Had the survey report back in just a couple of days. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to the end. I spoke with Imtiaz who was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He kept me updated. The fees were very reasonable. The Trent Bridge Company survey Level 3 report was very thorough and professionally done. It is great to receive a good, honest and thoroughly professional service. Thank you

Very helpful and professional in providing and dealing with my property survey and mortgage information.

Imtiaz from Trent Bridge Surveyors was really good. He came on time and called before to say when he'd be here. He checked my house carefully for my Help to Buy loan. I'm very happy with what he did.

Imtiaz was allocated for my home buyer level 2 survey , he produced a detailed report for a very reasonable fee compared to other quotes I had received (approx 30% less).

Although I wasnt expecting any major issues with the property, he did note a couple of potential future issues which gave me a heads up when purchasing the property.

Would recommend to others requiring a similar service.

Found Imitaz very professional and not intrusive. The survey was carried out in quick time and a report was provided n my inbox within 2 days allowing us to move on with our plans.

Efficient, reliable and very helpful. Survey was done in a quick timeframe and plenty of information provided with great communication.

I have really great experience with Trent Bridge Surveyors. Everything was explained really well. I am very satisfied with level 2 survey. I will definitely recommend them.
