Don't use - They do not like doing refunds !!!

I ordered 2 mini safes for my granddaughters for Christmas, and both of them were of such bad quality, and both broke while we were trying to open them ! I emailed Trending Pics on the 14th Jan and sent them back to their stated address on the 18th Jan, at my expense, they eventually confirmed return on the 26th Jan, and that the refund had been done as was with PayPal on the 2nd Feb, but it still has not been received either with PayPal or my bank account !!!
I have emailed Trendingpicks again this morning and still have not had a reply !!!
All I want is the money I paid for the safes £22.93, but I just don't seem to be able to get it !!! I am beginning to think that they are liars and they hope I will just go away, and that will not happen.
Update ........ It's now been 2 weeks since they acknowledged the return of the safes and I still have NOT had my refund !!!!

Not Next Day Delivery

I ordered before 3pm as stated but didn't get my parcel for several days, which is why I've taken a star off. Apart from that the items are as described and would definitely order again.

Loom bands

Very good for the price, although the postage was rather steep in contrast and there was only a small information sheet not a booklet showing what can be made.
