Trek Bicycle Recenzje 

Im Februar 2024 habe ich ein Trek Slash 9.8 xt gekauft, das Modell von 2023. leider habe ich im Juli den Rahmen gecrasht. Das angebliche Crash Replacement ist in Wahrheit eine Mogelpackung. Der Händler teilt mir mit, dass der Rahmen im ganzen Trek Universum nicht mehr lieferbar ist, für ein Modell das mal gerade 11/2 Jahre ist. Kulanterweise bietet mir Trek einen Rahmen der 6. Generation mit High Pivot mit 20% Preisnachlass auf den UVP von 4999.- €. Ich würde mich ja totlachen, wenn ich mich nicht so ärgern würde. Habe mir nun den Rahmen, den ich benötige, bei hibike für 2600.- gekauft. Nie im Leben kaufe ich wieder Trek. Die sind nicht mal in der Lage ihre Garantiebedingungen von 2 Jahren zu erfüllen, wenn 5 Monate nach Kauf keine Ersatzteile mehr lieferbar sind.

Rubbish bikes. I bought Electra 2023 in April this year and in a month of light using (20 min per day to bring my toddler to/from nursery) noice appeared in pedal area, front light fell off, brakes were very slow to stop. I bought it to the shop I bought it from in July and was charged for repair, because according to them brake pads went through wear and tear in a few months??? 20 min per day??

Bought a Trek Gen 5 bike from their website. For some reason I can't remember they couldn't deliver the bike to my home but only to a Trek dealer the closest one being a round trip of 60 miles. Fair enough. It is what it is. The bike tracking wasn't particularly good but was adequate. The bike was duly delivered and I was told the bike shop would contact me when it was built. Of course like a lot of things in the UK nowadays came a call not!! I gave them a few more days then phoned. Not a clue was the result. The guy on the end of the phone knew nowt even when I gave him the customer number. Anyway it finally got sorted by some other geezer after explaining exactly what bike it was. I was given a date and I went and picked it up. I must say it's a great bike. Very light. Very smooth. Gear changes are whisper quiet. And downhill speeds are pretty impressive as are the brakes when needed. Apart from the initial hiccups with delivery I'm quite chuffed. Don't use it as much as I should because I've discovered ebikes and having the ability to hill climb with ease is my defacto travel nowadays.

Akku plötzlich völlig kaputt ohne, dass es irgendeinen äußeren Anlass gab!
Ich finde das sehr unangenehm. Mal sehen woran das liegt, ob die Remote einen Kurzschluss verursacht. So blöd.
Windee Road von Decathlon. Moderneren Akku mit aktueller Remote gekauft bzw. Alte Remote ersetzen lassen.
Im Grunde schien die alte Remote robuster aber da geht das aufwecken des Akkus nicht per Remote..

within first 3 months of receiving all of these parts were replaced, under warranty... 5 weeks of these three months it was in the shop for repair…..but not without an unpleasant argument stating that the faults could not possibly be wear and tear when they were identified on the first day of receipt of bike:-

seat post
seat clamp
front brakes
rear brakes
forks
rear wheel

Even the replaced rear wheel was faulty too (they claimed wear and tear and I had to refuse to pay for the fix…… I got thrown out of the shop and was told to never take that bike back to them….. haha)

I asked to return it at one point but they refused.

I will not be replacing this bike with a Trek bike.... and probably will need to replace sooner than I had hoped. its the epitome of a bike that was probably made at 3pm on a Friday afternoon when everyone wanted to go home....NEVER AGAIN

Beaware safety may be an issue with the instructions that are given out with a thru axle bike. The instructions I was given with my FX2, refer to a safety check, which may not show if a wheel is loose or moves, and it certainly will not, as the checklist states come off, as the bike, if it is a thru axle, will simply be hitting the axle against the frame. The instructions state to do the following check " Lift your bicycle and hit the top of
the tyre with a solid blow. The wheel
should not come off, be loose or move
from side to side". A loose wheel can be significant as I found out when I broke my arm in two places, coming off a Trek Fx2. A check on the Trek website yesterday showed the same check is still on the instructions.

My wife went in to Milton Keynes ( Campbell park ) store, she had a problem with the crank guard on her bike, she met a cranky assistant I think , who was totally uninterested ,who quoted roughly £100 to replace the part with labour. Someone from her cycling club refixed with 3 screws, will not be using Trek again..

I am really surprised how quickly this bike breaks down. First cassette teeth broke on the first off road experience and then rim bent by an inch with almost no real reason. Cheaply made

Milton Keynes. Excellent service, exceeding customer requirements. Sales person used their initiative & was able to provide correct parts from a demo., model. Very impressed.

Dealers are "corporate sales people" No service, only sales.
I contacted the Corporate Chat Customer service and they don't care that authorized dealers are thieves.

Buy anything other than a TREK!!!

Bad experience at two TREK retailers in Jacksonville Florida.

Siden jeg købte min cykel hos Trek i juni 2022, har jeg oplevet en række alvorlige problemer med den. Efter en længere dialog med Trek er sagen nu røget videre i Forbrugerklagenævnet. Trek ønsker ikke at overholde dansk lovgivning og har samtidig udsat mig for flere livsfarlige situationer, i forbindelse med kvaliteten på cyklen og de reparationer de har lavet på den. Trek ønsker ikke at tage ansvar og fortsætter bare uetisk og skadelige forretningsdrift. Sidste oplevelse jeg havde, hvor det var ved at ende galt, var da mit hjul faldt af under min første tur efter at Trek havde forsøgt, for 6. gang, at repareret en defekt på cyklen, da dele ikke er af en standard man bør cykle på.

Derudover har Trek solgt mig cyklen velvidende at der skulle barnesæde bagpå. Det viser sig, i følge Treks egne samarbejdspartnere, at cyklen ikke er egnet til dét. Treks egen samarbejdspartner udtaler også, at Trek må have været fulde, da de solgte mig netop denne cykel, og mener selv, at Trek burde returnere mine penge. Selv mekanikeren, der har lavet de første reparationerne hos Trek, tilkendegiver, at cyklen aldrig vil komme til at fungere for mig og man har endda stoppet salget af den, da det udgør en potential risiko at cykle på den. Cyklen har haft følgende defekter på under to år:

- Defekte dæk både foran og bagpå
- Ødelagte eger på begge hjul
- Beskadiget fælg på baghjulet
- Bulet stel grundet vægt
- Forkert monteret udstyr, som Trek nægtede at udskifte
- Bremser der hyler og ikke fungerer korrekt
- Konstant knirken og knagen fra cyklen
- Reparationer der har udgjort en fare for min og mit barns sikkerhed

En uafhængig cykelmekaniker vurderede, at en af Treks reparationer udgjorde en direkte sikkerhedsrisiko for mig. Selvom jeg har gjort Trek opmærksom på disse problemer efter deres reparationer, har de ikke ønsket at overholde dansk lovgivning og tager intet ansvar for deres handlinger. De ønsker ikke at tilbagebetale mine penge, trods at de har haft cyklen til reparation 6 gange. Jeg opfordrer alle til at tænke sig om en ekstra gang, før de køber en cykel hos Trek. Jeg er nu ejer af en cykel, som ikke er egnet til at cykle på.

Det gør kun situationen endnu værre, at mit barn også har været udsat for farlige situationer.

I bought a trek madone sl gen 7 red and after 3 months the clear coat on downtube is popping off so I went to a trek dealer for a warranty claim as instructed by trek customer relations.
Waited for more than a week for a response from the dealer and they told me trek denied my warranty claim because I cause the clear coat to pop off the paint from putting and removing my water bottle and wear and tear, if I did that it should be scratches not clear coat popping off. They stated on their warranty that they will stand by their products frame and fork, thats full of crap. Will never buy trek bikes again, for a $6k bike with bad warranty dont buy. Very disappointing. If I could give zero stars I would

Horrible Mainstreet Delaware location! Their customer service was crappy no acknowledgement than the 1 short dude had attitude the service was completely unacceptable. I just hadda a question to ask🤷🏽‍♀️..I am a person of color as well so go figure. Bigups to the 1 guy that did atleast appear to care/Understand.

This is the worst possible after-sale support I have ever experienced. They have an official recall on handlebars for SLR7/9 bikes. I broke this handlebar on a sprint, which was really dangerous for my life, and after 7 months! 7 MONTHS!!!! I am still waiting for them to send me a new one! They didn't even apologise and didn't even give me a temporary stem and handlebar.

The hilarious moment was when Time Bikes gave me a new frame in just 2 weeks, and those Trek rt*ds couldn't even write a proper answer because someone was constantly on vacation or they just ignored my messages or whatever excuse they could imagine.

I do not recommend buying a Trek bike, because you will not get a bike with the same components as stated in the bike specification on the Trek website. I bought a Trek Fuel EX-e 9.8 XT (2023 model) and instead of an XT cassette they supplied me with a Deore cassette, instead of XT brakes I have Sram Code R and instead of carbon cranks I have aluminium ones. Trek has put an universal disclaimer on its website that it can change individual parts of the bike without notifying customers, and with that Trek thinks that it is solved. They replied to my complaint that if they have a shortage of parts, they are forced to replace them with others and are willing to exchange only the cassette for me. According to them, the rest is OK. As a customer, I feel tricked and will never buy a Trek bike again. Anyone who buys a Trek bike should check what they actually brought home.

Gut war die fachkundige und der freundliche Kundenservice. Leider gibt es auch in diesem Bereich zu wenig Fachkräfte und deshalb musste ich länger als geplant auf mein Fahrrad warten, daß nehme ich aber gerne in Kauf.

Three wheels gone in 18 months. I only ride the bike in London, twice a week from home to work. I carry a boot bag with packed lunch and a jacket. Can't think of potholes deep as the Mariana Trench that could have distorted three rear wheels this fast. Avoid. Scam. Poor quality.

Tried to discuss an issue with how contamination got into a sealed break system, that caused damage to break cylinder. On a 3 year old trek powerfly 7 bike. They hung up on me, after saying it was outside warranty.

Koersfiets gekocht +5.000 euro, rit 2 komt achteras los. Daardoor gevallen en kader onherstelbaar beschadigd.
Garantie zou je denken, niets is minder waar. Koop geen Trek, garantie is in de praktijk een lege doos...
