Unbelievably Good Customer Service! I am now on my third Trek bike having bought my first in 2004. The beginning of the year I came off my Domane 5.9 and broke my femur and it rather messed with my head. Every year, we ride the strade bianche in the Autumn but this year I was feeling nervous as my 2016 Domane can only take 28 mm and even then it is very close. I looked around to see if I could find a rim brake frame (I have some nice wheels) with better clearance and I found the 2024 Domane Gen 2 with direct mount brakes could, apparently, take 38 mm. I bought it, but after 3 sets of gradually diminishing tyres realised it couldn't. I contacted Trek who admitted they had made a mistake and then promptly gave me a disc brake Domane frame with a set of wheels as goodwill. Blimey, I was flabbergasted, and I have been meaning to post this and say a big thank you to Trek Bikes for their generosity. I am an ultra distance cyclist and will be looking to do a short YouTube video of LEL 2025 (my third time) on my 'new' and great Trek Domane.

Modelnavnene er forvirrende, der er mange der ligner hinanden. Når man klikker på en model med f.eks. en tilbudspris, ser man pludselig et lidt andet modelnavn (og ikke længere tilbudsprisen). Samme ting sker når man klikker på "find butik". Eksempel: Udsalgspris 5.399, opr. pris 7.199, klik på modellen - tilbudsprisen er nu væk.
Jeg ville faktisk ikke engang købe online, blot orientere mig og sammenligne. Det er godt at man kan se hvor en model er på lager, men ikke at man så ikke ved om den model også er på tilbud i dén butik.

Valutate voi, ho preso una grandissima fregatura comprare una Trek

Je souhaite vous faire part de mon mécontentement par rapport à la qualité des jantes de mon FX1.
Lors d'une précédente révision chez un revendeur Trek en mars 2023, des fissures ont été constatées sur la jante arrière qu'il a donc fallu changer.
La semaine dernière, j'amène une nouvelle fois mon vélo et la même constatation est faite. Des fissures sont encore apparues et un nouveau changement de jante est effectué.
Cette fois-ci, on me propose un modèle plus solide après mes remarques par rapport à l'ancienneté de la jante et de faire une grosse révision qui implique de changer une nouvelle fois la cassette qui l'a été l'an passé ainsi que les disques. Une révision aux alentours de 200€ après les 100€ de la dernière jante. A ce prix-là, j'aurai dépensé en moins de 2 ans le prix du vélo.

En réponse, Trek me dit que c’est normal et qu’ils font confiance à l’avis du vendeur. Aucune remarque sur la qualité de l’équipement.

Trek bikes did a fantastic job repairing my bike. Dani was very knowledgeable and kind. They made my bike look and ride like it is brand new. Thank you

I looked into buying the new Madone at the end of 2023. I rang the trek store at Shrewsbury. Absolutely awful staff member didn’t believe I was going to buy the new Madone project 1 and threatened to cancel my order ! Then there was a dispute with the frame sizing as my bike fitter had a different jig to the one they used there. I had to take my bike there and show them. Then they wanted to charge me £120 for being right and buying a £13000 bike !
So I went to sigma sports. Fantastic customer service. Could t have asked to be treated better. Got the bike and love it. Got it wrapped to protect the paint work ( plasma grey) only to be told that there was a possible stress fracture on the frame. Trek looked into this. Offered me a full refund or the new model. As the Madone I had just bought not 3 weeks after receiving it. They discontinued the model!
So no offers of a price reduction. Or any compensation at all. Take the money or the new bike and that’s that. I had to chase my refund which took 7 weeks. The to top it all off the were short by £200 and tied to tell me that I only paid £12800 when I have all the receipts!! To say I am absolutely outraged but the whole experience with trek is an understatement! The bike was absolutely brilliant but the experience was just terrible. I would advise anyone to not separate with your money with trek. Absolutely terrible company. I’m not normally a person that would go to all this trouble of making a point this bad. But it been just awful.
I hope that no one else gets the same treatment.

in June 2023 i bought the Trek Fuel EXE £8340 on the cycle to work scheme
6 weeks ago it had the control unit and digital display replaced , its now not turning on !!
to take this back to the shop for repair is a 3-4 hour round trip , time and fuel , take it there for be fixed and then collect it ,
i called trek , they will not offer any support , simply if your looking to buy this bike !! be aware its not reliable it hugely disappointing to have spent all this money and it does not work and customer service will not not offer any support other repairing the bike under warranty
It would have been nice for TREK to offer some kind of token gesture to compensate me given i have to take the bike back to the store for the 2nd time in 6 weeks
I would have felt that there was some form of goodwill but that is asking too much.
i will not buy another TREK !!

På hjemmesiden reklamerer de med, at de hjælper en med alt. Jeg havde et problem med en bremse som ikke passer sammen med trek bolte. Det fik jeg ingen hjælp til, da jeg skrev til dem. Jeg fik et standardsvar som var intet svar.

Just wanted to say that the management and staff at the TREK bike store in Naples, Fl. are the best group I have ever encountered in my days biking. They are incredibly communicative, helpful, honest and do great work. George Corrent MD PhD

We hebben al tijden onze 3 fietsen bij Bink fietsen in onderhoud gehad. Nu over genomen door Trek Amsterdam zuid en erg slechte ervaring. Een vervanging van binnen+buitenband voor EUR 75,- laten uitvoeren op verder een goed werkende fiets. Aangezien we om de hoek wonen hebben we de fiets lopend thuis gezet.
Toen we weg wilde rijden was dit niet mogelijk. Een dag later langs gebracht en mijn dochter moest nog eens EUR 22,- betalen omdat de ketting er niet op zat?? Ging er vanuit dat het misverstand was maar men hield voet bij stuk dat de fiets getest was en dat dit tijdens het lopen was gebeurt?? Bizar verschil in service met het Bink van eerder en het Fietshuys in Amstelveen. Ik rij nu maar 15 min verder voor echte service.. Zonde van de goede naam en winkel.

Powerfly 4 Gen 3. Bike entspricht dem Standard dieser Preisklasse, Rahmen aus Taiwan, Komponenten von Shimano und Bosch, Rest Bontrager. Habe Das Bike mit diversen Anbauteilen StVZO tauglich machen lassen. Auch mit teuren Bosch Upgrades. Der Händler behält Austauschteile, die ich ja als Standardausstattung mit dem Bike erworben habe ein. Auf meine Nachfrage nach der Bosch Komponente sagt er, dass er dies mit dem Kaufpreis verrechnet habe und das Teil jetzt ihm gehört. Darüber gibt es aber keine Absprache oder schriftliche Doku (Angebot/Rechnung). Bietet mir später mein Teil mit völlig überzogenen Preis zum Kauf an!! Nach Streit übergibt er mir unter Protest eine zerkratzte Komponente. Den Schade habe ich erst am nächsten Morgen bei Tageslicht gesehen. Nach meiner Beschwerde werde ich bezichtigt die Kratzer selbst herbeigeführt zu haben. Händler westliches Berlin. Ich kaufe meine Bikes jetzt woanders und informiere alle Bekannten und Freunde über diese Praktiken des Shops. Schade für die Bikes von Trek. Finde die trotzdem ganz toll.

Trek service destroyed my bike causing me to spend over $900 in repairs at another bike shop that knew what they were doing. Trek spent over a month trying to make a decision on what reimbursement I would get. I ended up with under half of my expenses not to mention the $65 I paid them to damage my bike while attempting to relube the hub.
Beware of TREK’s lack of concern for their customers.

Deze fiets fix 3 is geen aanrader Fiets een jaar oud en heb net een reparatie van 130 euro moeten doen wegens slijtage van de ketting en de cassette🥹Fiets wordt gebruikt voor woon werk verkeer, fietspad en geen heuvels. Na 1 jaar al slijtage vind ik echt ongelofelijk snel. Aanbevolen wordt om niet veel in de zwaarste versnelling te fietsen. Al is die niet echt zwaar. Leuke fiets om te zien maar kwaliteit geef ik het een 2

Wil graag een ebike die na enkele jaren van kleur verandert , koop dan zeker een Trek met zwarte spaken want deze worden mooi roestbruin.

Great bike and great service! I bought a Trek FX 3 and I was very happy about it. The sales staff seemed knowledgeable and let me do two short test rides. The after sales service is also great. Free safety check and maintenance.

Called to book my bike in for a full service and was met by a sarcastic person on the phone. No system to book a bike in just drop it off and they'll do it when they can as they are down to one mechanic. Rubbish will use somewhere else from now on.

Now I have read others reviews, I am regretting buying my Trek Domane +. The controllers stopped working, the bike shop said they would be able to fix under warranty. That was 6 weeks ago. Parts still not available from Trek. Clearly they are prioritising new build, not keeping customers on the road. Think carefully before buying a Trek unless you are prepared to have your bike not working for extended periods of time. I’ll be hoping elsewhere next time.

El sábado estuve en la tienda de X-Madrid y la atención fue excepcional. Muy agradecida a Rubén, que resolvió mi problema y pude tener la bici operativa ese mismo día a pesar de que no estaba el técnico. Gracias

We ordered 2 Trek Domane SLR for a total of almost $20,000 and after 65 days (!!!!) of wait they're still not here!!!!! We would really like to know who's the A$$H*%# at Trek that decided that making customers wait this long for 2 freacking bikes is OK!!! IN WHAT WORLD DO YOU LOSERS THINK THAT THIS IS OK?
WE ARE DISGUSTED BY THIS COMPANY. WHAT A S#!% SHOW! WHAT IS YOUR MISERABLE EXCUSE FOR THIS??? We didn't have to wait this long for our car!!!! Do you even get how messed up this is? You all deserve to burn in hell for treating customers this way!
