Travel Associates New Zealand Recenzje

From start to finish Michael was amazing. We booked days before departing and he managed to get us onto the flights and cruise we wanted at such short notice. We then had a medical issue and needed to return a few days earlier than planned and again he came to our rescue. Never did he tell us of the headaches we caused for him. He went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was stress free.

As always Jane is super efficient, great communication, super helpful and always friendly and willing to help, will continue to use her and recommend her to anyone

I'd like to start by saying a BIG thank you to Tanya Chaffey at the Tauranga branch. We got back recently from a family holiday in the Solomon Islands and it exceeded our expectations. Everything ran smoothly from my very first sit down looking for ideas to arriving back from our trip. Not one hiccup and we had the best time. Spot on recommendation. Thanks Tanya!

Jane Hudson was absolutely fantastic. Organised us a fantastic family trip to Fiji that went without a hitch. She was always fast to respond to our emails, always kind to our questions as first time travellers, nothing was a bother. Will definitely be back to book our next trip with Jane 🙂

It's easy to leave an excellent review because Kelly organises everything smoothly and with constant communication.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced whilst booking a trip! Seriously bad communication 3 out of office return emails while trying to arrange a transfer with sick family and they just never replied! Thankfully we had an amazing globus tour director that helped us! Our 12 year old daughter was booked on a 7 hour flight seated on her own!! I would highly recommend you AVOID Travel associates at all costs! I will in future do all my own arrangements considering I sent the links to all Tours booked anyway, no customer service at all, rude obnoxious responses! Very upsetting when spending such a large amount of money on a family tour and cruise of Europe!! Do not use this company.

Jane Hudson always delivers and knows our needs when travelling

Jane Hudson arranged our recent trip to Melbourne, followed by a 16 night cruise on Quantum of the Seas from Brisbane to Hawaii.
We can always count on Jane to do an excellent job which makes it an excellent experience for us.
We have recommended & will continue to recommend Jane to our friends & family.

Michael is professional but always so welcoming and friendly. He makes the journey of planning a breeze. He goes out of his way even if I have further questions after my flights have been booked. I highly recommend TANZ. Take the stress of booking and planning away and contact them. You wont be sorry.
Thank you for years of service.

I needed assistance in applying for my US visa online and Kelly Streeter of Travel Associates in Merivale, Christchurch has happily helped me with it last Wednesday, the 19th of April. My application has been approved the next day.
Kelly is also helping me apply for my Canadian visa online tomorrow.

Megan organised a quick short trip for us to see our daughter she planned flights that offered us the most time possible easy transfers between international and domestic. Due to mechanical issues we missed our connecting flights Qantas dealt with that kept us well informed and had us booked on new flights with minimal time lost.

Jane was knowledgeable with flight connections. I felt confident in planning this trip as it was out of my comfort zone. I would like to feed back specific information on Mexico and Belize with Jane so she can advise other customers she replied instantly on an issue we were having, which was reassuring.
Thanks again. JANE

Kylie has being helpful in sorting out all what we wanted know.
So we have booked our Holiday
and are very happy.
This is the second time I've got her to look after use.

Very professional, helpful and friendly.

It was a pleasure working with Michael.

He is the BEST!

We recently used Jane Hudson of Chaffey & Turner Travel Associates, Tauranga office. To arrange our most recent holiday, and once again our holiday was professionly orgainized. We would highly recommend Jane to family and other fellow travelers. We look forward to Jane organizing our next trip.

Service and efficiency and friendly in a professional manner. Every time I contact Tanya she is amazing. I always hear back from her within one day no matter what the query. I cannot fault any of her work.

Michael was amazing. He accomodated our flights to meet our specific needs and he went above and beyond in dealing with the airline when they made some changes to our original flights so we wouldn't have to do any extra travel. Will come back again!

Thank you Michael for helping us to get to the UK so quickly when we had a sudden family bereavement. It was such a relief to have all of the details taken care of and enabling us to get there and support our family as soon as possible. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Tanya is amazing to deal with, we had an amazing trip and everything was so well organised. Tanya kept us informed at all times.

Tanya give us excellent and personal service for our recent trip. She provided knowledgeable, efficient and helpful advice which enabled us to relax and enjoy the whole process from initial enquiry to return to NZ with our sanity intact.
