Travel Associates New Zealand Recenzje

Polly has been our go to Travel Consultant/Advisor for all my family and my extended family for our frequent travel overseas for the last few years now. She is knowledgeable, honest, patience, and always keep us in the loop of any changes. The best thing we love about Polly is the follow up phone call and/or emails and how she put a lot of passion in making her clients happy and satisfied with her amazing service.

Jane was very helpful

Jane came recommended by our friends and we are very happy with the service she provided. Communication was excellent and she did her best to fit in our plans which changed a few times!

Very prompt communication and nothing too much trouble

Wonderful assistance in all aspects of our extensive booking with flights, hotels and transfer. Always bright and helpful on telephone and prompt replies with emails. Many thanks for taking all the worries from me....getting too old and need the knowledge and advice you offer. Thanks Karla.

Tanya from this Travel Associates Tauranga is an absolute travel ninja. She listened to what we were after and came up with great suggestions and once we had agreed on an itinerary et cetera the balance of the transaction was super smooth. An additional bonus was that Tanya was able to obtain some last-minute lower-priced accommodation specials- so not only did we get great service we had a refund to boot. Highly recommended.

Our family has been relying on Kylie for such a long time to help get us places ☺️
Kylie is knowledgeable, patient and highly recommended!

I will always choose Jane to help me book my flights. She's passionate, reliable and always interested in how things go on my trips. I really appreciate her support and always refer people to her should they be looking for a travel agent!

Megan was very helpful, made the whole travel experience very easy.

Jane was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend her, the service she gave us for our 6 week holiday was 2nd to none. Thank you so much Jane.

Through Tanya at Travel Associates Tauranga, we booked an exciting trip to Europe for September/October this year. As our departure drew near, my wife developed a heart problem and her Cardiologist adamantly stated do not travel, so, back to Tanya with our sad news. Our fares and accommodation were non refundable, so Tanya went into battle for us and with doctors statements she managed to get our costs refunded.
We are so grateful for her efforts and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Travel Associates to friends and family. Out of 5 stars, we give Tanya 6.

Jane has helped me with my overseas trips for years, booking with tour companies and sorting out all my flights, making the sorting the trip so much easier for me and not having to worry when im over there. Would highly recommend

I would not consider using any other Travel Agent. Jane Hudson is an exceptional planner and adviser when it comes to planning travel. I feel confident with our bookings, and know I am just a quick message away if anything goes pear shaped. She has great recommendations and we have loved our experiences on our trips. I can not recommend Jane highly enough.

Jane was extremely helpful and reliable. She made our trip so easy; we just told her what we needed and it was done. Thanks.

Travel Associates are excellent to deal with and wouldn't go to anyone else. I've been booking flights, trips and holidays with Tanya for over 10 years now and she is just amazing. Friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and takes the time to find the best deals and keeps in touch regularly. I can't recommend Tanya and Travel Associates enough!

Tanya and her team are great. Their service makes it truly feel like our Personal Travel Agent, quick to respond, reliable, thinking about the customer, and caring that the travel plans go smoothly, as it can be a stressful task sometimes!! Fabulous work!
