I’m really enjoying the Trailwell program so far! This is just day one of implementation in our office, and I have already completed some of the modules. I appreciate the smooth flow of learning and how easy it is to manage from the manager’s side. I can see this will have a huge impact on leveling training and ensuring everyone is on the same page when it comes to putting the customer’s needs first. Looking forward to continuing with it!

I started using Trainwell the second I got hired and it helped put me in a situation to succeed immediately! With HOURS of content in the modules, and even more in the live sessions, this truly is a vital resource for any office. You can tell a ton of effort and execution has been put into the start, and upkeep of Trainwell. I find myself referring back to videos, watching the live calls, rewatching the live calls, and using AI George for every email prompt I can think of all the time. How George still participates in Trainwell, and the thoughtful responses/advice he gives you one on one is the most impressive. I completed a roleplay with George on a live call, and it was the most rewarding thing Trainwell has provided, and that is saying something.
I truly cannot give enough praise to George, and the work him and his team have done! 1000% worth the investment!!

The steps in the learning process are very well thought out, reflecting how you learn as you move through the learning curve. Everything is very clearly understood without confusion. Also, I really like the course layout because you can go right to what you need to work on in your sales process. Would recommend!!

The videos are super helpful. Each and every sentence that has been said is so true and challenges me.

The trainings are bite sized... and easy to digest for team members and agents. No fluff, just actionable information. George is great and the training is amazing.

Trainwell has been a great experience when it comes to breaking down the basics in selling insurance and really knowing how to properly fact find. Glad it is not some boring course that I find myself dozing off to. Definity recommend to anyone new in insurance or someone who's been in it for a while but needs something to refresh their stale process.

George is such a masterful teacher and shares his wealth of knowledge so freely. He is precise, to the point, and very learned in his craft. I thoroughly enjoy both how he values the client and emphasizes conviction around the sale.

As a team member with prior sales experience, I have never had such direct guidance on how to succeed and value clients as this course has provided. This is the hands down the best training and process oriented system I have seen since opening my agency in 2019. If you follow the training, use the tools and hold your team accountable, the sky is the limit.

I have really enjoyed the multiline script work so far. It doesn't feel pushy and is the perfect way to fact find almost everything you need in one conversation. Having AI George to bounce questions off of has been very helpful as well.
