We’ve been using Supreme Call for a few months now. The biggest improvement is that calls are easier to manage, especially when someone is out of the office. The mobile app and voicemail to email have been really helpful. Support has been personal, not like calling a random 800 number and starting over every time.
Our old phone system was outdated and expensive, so we moved to Supreme Call. They handled the installation, ported our numbers, and helped us set up the call routing the way we needed it. There were a couple of small adjustments after the install, but they fixed them quickly. Overall a much better experience than our previous provider.
