George is overly focused on money. All he talks about is commissions. He needs to learn that there is more to life than money. While it is important to make money to live, I do this job to help people. That should be the entire motivation for improving your abilities in the office. His methods work, but his motivations are completely selfish.

Been in insurance for 10 years and I wish I would've had this training when I first started. Love the how we are learning to truly be financial advisors for our clients instead of just processing transactions. Really excited to see our agency results in 6 months.
