Founded by Mick Williams in 1972, we were a traditional local independent merchants for many years. Recently, the combination of great prices and the best products backed up by exceptional service has catapulted us forwards to become a major regional independent and one of the fastest growing merchants in the UK. Whilst other merchants may offer a confusing mess of price lists and discounts, we simply publish our best trade price, and charge the same price to every trade customer. If we get a deal from a manufacturer, then it is available to all our customers. All we ask is that, if we don’t know you, you are patient whilst we verify your trade status, as we do not deal with retail customers. Give our awesome online service a try - www.tradeonlyplumbing.co.uk

Hello James,
I'm sorry to hear you feel this hasn't been resolved
I have tried to contact you myself regarding this issue on 26.06.26, I left you a voice message after your email came into the trade support team. We also processed a refund for the items that could not be supplied to you, the receipt for this was emailed to you.
I have spoken to the Manager at the delivering branch and he has informed me that he has also tried to contact you.
I am happy to discuss this further, please contact me on the number below when it's convenient for you.
Many Thanks,
