Tracker network scam
Disgraceful service.
Supplied with a substandard probably Chinese nano tracker for my motorhome through Adrian Flux and it failed about 3 months into its use.
Phoned this lot up with the problem,couldn’t solve it over the phone and they say send tracker back to them so they can service it BUT I would have to pay £79.20 for the check, if found to be faulty I would get a refund ridiculous!.
I feel it’s a bit of a scam between these two companies and I’ve just lost £79.20 I don’t think I will get a refund fund somehow.
Disgraceful.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel let down by the service team. However, we would like to clarify that the Tracker was provided as part of your insurance policy, and the decision regarding replacement process and cost is determined by the insurance company.
As the device provider, we are required to follow the instructions and requirements set by the insurer and do not determine the policy terms ourselves. Any concerns regarding the replacement policy or refund eligibility, would therefore need to be raised directly with your insurance company.
Based on the nature of the concerns raised in this review, we believe the review may be more appropriately directed to the insurance provider, as the policy decisions referenced are theirs rather than ours.

Helpful and professional Customer Service
Have the 5S plus fitted to our new campervan. On setting up for the App we had a few issues that required us contacting customer service. Lucas was the advisor who took our call, he was curteous and helpful and took ownership of our issues and more importantly saw it through to full resolution. This is our 3rd vehicle to have tracker fitted for peace of mind and this ia the dirat time we have had an isaue so really pleased on how it was resolved so quickly.
