Sent a birthday teddy bear dressed in a birthday hat holding a candle along with some cookies and chocolate— $120-
Basket delivered had substitute cheap white teddy in cellophane … when asked to make it right they sent me a form letter. Rip off!!! Beware. Very expensive for horrible quality. If you can’t deliver it don’t have it on the website!

Great product, I ordered it late and it still go there on the delivery date I selected which was perfect as it was for a birthday. Good presentation and good products

I had specifically told them that the basket MUST be delivered before 1:00 pm on the delivery date, as my daughter had to be to work by 3. My daughter lives in an apartment building and needed to be home to receive the basket.
It did not arrive until 2:30 and therefore, made her late for work. I was disappointed that my instructions (although clearly confirmed by Toronto Baskets) were not followed.
Having been disappointed in the delivery, I must say it was a beautiful basket for $84.

I ordered a basket from Australia for a friend in Canada who has been going through go a difficult time. The hamper had a large quantity of beautifully presented and tasty items. Even the basket it came in was very classy. Everything was delivered promptly and reliably, and I was kept in the loop of the process the whole time. Incredible service and incredible products. Highly recommended!

The basket was great and it was much appreciated. The only thing I have as a suggestion is to clarify who the recipient and sender are on the order form.
I sent the basket to a couple, but the email today from Toronto Baskets thinks I’m the basket recipient.
Perhaps, clearly indicate on the order form who the order is to, and whose email address is needed on the order.
That was confusing.

The basket was on time and was appreciated. I was a little disappointed that the items pictured were not what was delivered. I was trying to find a gingerbread house, which I could not find from any Canadian company. The basket I picked was supposed to have a little chocolate house in it. It was the only reason I picked it. The note I wrote talked about it and it was not in the basket. oi

I purchased the basket from the UK for my son and had it delivered to him in downtown Toronto so wasn't sure of the process. It was delivered perfectly on time and the contents value for money. Great service throughout.

I loved the quality gift choices, the vegan options, the quick delivery (ordered one afternoon for next day delivery), the website pictures and ease of ordering, and communication with the company. I ordered a vegan cake and a fruit basket, and the recipients were thrilled to receive them!

This company is basically, a scam. We selected what we thought, (based on the description and photo that Toronto Baskets had online), was a high end Gourmet gift basket to send to my sister for her birthday. We even selected an "extra" of an antipasto to be included. The total came to approx. 185.00.

It was delivered on the date we asked for, but there basically no items other than a couple that were originally stated. Toronto Baskets had substituted cheap items and items we didn't select instead!! And the basket apparently reeked of cigarette smoke too!!! The cost of those items would have been about 60 bucks from a typical grocery store!!! Beyond disappointing and not what we wanted to send to for a birthday gift!!!
I contacted customer service and complained about this but received absolutely nothing from them! They use their terms and conditions to replace the high end items with cheap crap and told us this gives them the right to do this when they don't have the items in stock! Then don't offer this basket for sale!!!
I continued to argue with them and all they offered was a refund for 30% for what we spent. And then I received the so called refund it was for less than 30%. Seriously???? Customer Service claimed they told me that the 30% would be the refund for the items that they replaced with the cheap stuff. OMG....so they are scammers!! They get you to pay big money for so called high end gift baskets and then deliver something much, much less and smells bad too.
DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!

Toronto Baskets have great alternative choices for delivered gifts if one is looking for something other than flowers. My order was delivered as advertised, on the next day and I was kept informed along the way. I’d be happy to use them again.

Toronto Baskets was great to find when I needed to rush a holiday basket to a friend before they left for the holidays.
They were able to deliver the next day which really mattered, as other services would need a few days, by which time the person would not be around to receive it.
