Very worrying experience so far
I have ordered 2 items nearly 2 months ago. They were undelivered twice and then sent back, then my order was lost and sold out, they asked me to choose another one which I did. They said they will inform me when they ship it, it has been over 2 weeks ago and there are no emails from them and no response to my emails, instagram comments etc. I am really worried they are a scam.

Je m'attendais à mieux...
Colis reçu un mois après avoir passé commande.
Le montant est débité sur le compte avant même d'avoir reçu confirmation de la commande expédiée et prise en compte.
Le suivi de commande via leur système de livraison (DPD Belgique) est inexistant. Le colis c'est même perdu, j'ai du prendre contact via le service après-vente qui à quand même était réactif et m'a donc renvoyé un nouveau colis.
Un peu déçu également de la qualité du produit je m'attendais à mieux vu la qualité mise en avant sur leur site ou via les réseaux sociaux.

Can’t get a reply from customer services
I ordered a few straps to the UK over 10 working days ago and haven’t received them yet. DPD Belgium seems to have sent it back to Topologie and I can’t seem to get a hold of them for love nor money.
I have contacted them several times via email , Facebook etc and no response.
I’m hoping this is not a scamy website and I get my refund eventually.

Je cherchais un sac suffisamment grand pour garder mon ordi et tous les câbles qui vont avec sans avoir trop l'allure d'un "geek" à vélo.
J'attends de voir mais le Satchel que j'ai reçu à l'air plutôt tenir la route niveau qualité.
