Absolute disaster. Still haven't received my book, it's been out for delivery for 7 days straight. No response from customer service in days. The shipping company just does not respond other than an automated bot. Extremely disappointed. Companies need to have a phone number and actual human beings to serve their customers.

The Book is a beautiful object to browse through, but also to experience. The print quality is carefully crafted, the colors are pleasant, and its overall aesthetic makes it perfect as a gift for someone who loves art, hidden details, and unique objects!

A wonderful "THE BOOK" with incredible illustrations that you’ll want to open again and again. I first ordered a copy out of curiosity back when the project was just getting started on Kickstarter, and then bought two more for friends for Christmas. The gift was a big hit, so I plan to buy more for the coming future occasions.

I purchased The book for my husband as a gift. I was super impressed by the size and quality of the book, the artwork is impressive too. My husband says it was the best gift he got from me ever. We love flipping through the pages on evenings together with the kids, they learn new things from it. I highly recommend the book.

I purchased Both The Book: Ultimate Guide to Rebuilding Civalisation and The Lat Book: Diary of the Last Earthling. Overall the books exceeded the what I expected of their quality and artwork, but The Book only contained rudimentary information that was not always factual and on the holistic side。

I seldomly give 5 stars, since something can always be a bit better, but this has been a flawless experience from ordering to delivery. Even a smal hick up in the updates in the Shop app was cleared with support straight away and the order arrived a day ahead of schedule.....

Product is amazing and worth every penny. Had a shipping glitch where amazon fullfillment lost my first book. Customer service was amazing and fast to fix. Got my book within two days of alerting the company. Mistakes happen to us all but it's the customer service and the attempt to make it right that matters. I recommend this company and definately the product.

My box arrived without a book in it! Instead there was a small envelope addressed to someone else with a part for something else entirely! Now I have no present for my husband on Christmas. So upsetting and disappointing!

You need a family friendly edition that does not include 18+ sexual machines. You also need a way to direct ship to someone and include a gift card, so they know who sent it.

This publisher seems to be a victim of their own success.

Initially, we had some shipping problems where they shipped the wrong product, but they eventually made it right, and so while I was a little bit frustrated at first, the products are really high quality and I love these books, so your mileage may vary -- things are really hectic with the logistics this holiday season.
