Je recommande x1000. Le sac est d'une super qualité, conforme et même dépassant mes attentes. Tout est bien fini, résistant et super bien pensé. Ca envoyé le sac qui va connaitre pleins d'aventure. + pour moi qui suis relativement petit (1m70), le format moyen est parfait et ne fait pas trop gros.
Merci de lutter contre la fast fashion et de proposer des produits de qualité.

We bought it as a gift for someone who had never used a fanny pack before and he absolutely love it! The only things we could mention are that the carabiners are a bit flimsy and the strap, even in the shortest position, is too large to wear around the waist. Other than that, it's perfect!!

I am extremely disappointed with Labo Mono. I paid **£96** for a small bag, expecting it to be a quality product that would last. After just **three months of normal use**, the bag developed a hole.

I contacted customer services expecting them to stand behind their product, but instead they dismissed it as **"wear and tear."** That is completely unacceptable. A bag costing nearly £100 should not fall apart after only three months. Refusing to repair, replace or refund such an obvious quality issue shows a complete lack of confidence in the products they sell.

The customer service has been disgraceful from start to finish. Rather than taking responsibility, they simply blamed the customer and refused to help in any way.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Labo Mono to think twice. Premium prices should come with premium quality and customer care. Unfortunately, in my experience, they delivered neither.
I would not even give them 1 star . Worst company I have ever bought from and feel scammed by their promise of a life time guarantee

While their product quality is good. The information on their website is misleading. Clarity is of upmost importance. They say free exchange and that means there are no costs attached if an exchange is needed. I bought a jacket based on the website sizing and it was a total misrepresentation. Then when I requested for an exchange they asked me to bear the return cost and customs duties. I’m in the US and the website says free delivery and exchange. If they are going to make the customer pay for returns and customs they HAVE to specify that. And then not resolving the issue is not helpful. I’m not going back to their website or recommending it either. Good customer service is the first step to a growing business. And I’ve received only the opposite.

I am beyond happy with my bag, I find it very stylise and practical, a lot fits in.
Also the customer service is impeccable.

Gifted it to one of my kids. Quality was expected to be good but once received, the expectation was exceeded. From material selection to well thought out details like pouch placement, latches so the bag doesn’t completely open unnecessarily, and strap quality. The tiny notepad was also a nice unexpected touch.

I bought the big one and would never regret it. I can fit my world inside, plus a book. That is amazing.

Everything feels safe and well organized inside it, and that is the most important part for me. The number and positions of the pockets make everything easier.

I would add a hole between the front and middle sections so you can plug a charging cable from a power bank directly into the phone in the front pocket.
