Rules and validation extremely difficult
I bought many evaluation accounts 2 step, passed 6, and in all of them they looked for details of seconds to not approve the account and get funded.
In short, strictly strict rules where if you pass an account they will rigorously review all trades to avoid validating the account as much as possible, and instead of canceling just that account, they cancel all active accounts.
In this way, it is not worth it at all to offer the excellent promotions they have, such as a 45% discount plus a free account.

Unfortunately, this review is misleading. The rules are clearly outlined in our #FAQS & Website, and many traders actually tell us it is one of the easier and more straightforward rule sets to follow when properly understood. Our staff are 24/7 at hand to assist if any clarification is needed, so there really is no excuse not to follow them.
Your funded access was not denied for no reason. It was denied because you breached the clearly outlined rules. These are the rules you agreed to before trading, and as our traders claim, our rules are actually easy and straightforward to follow. Promotions & discounts have nothing to do with compliance decisions. We do not deny serious traders for “reasons that do not make sense.” We deny funding or payouts when rules are breached. If rules are followed, traders move forward. If they are not, they do not. That is exactly what happened here.

Poor experience and unfair treatment
It’s no wonder they ask customers to write reviews about their support—because that seems to be the only thing they’re good at.
I was denied funding and banned from trading with them due to “unauthorized third-party access.” When I asked for proof, I received no response. They simply kept repeating that the decision is final and asked me to send my information so I could get refunded.
I journaled every trade I took to get funded and can explain each one in detail and why i took it.
This firm looked very solid at the beginning of 2026, but their quality has since declined. More and more people are running into issues.
STAY AWAY!!!

I don’t know what kind of evidence of IP they’re yapping about. The only thing I can think of is that I logged into my trading account through my second phone — something I would have explained if I’d been given a chance. Instead, I received an instant termination and a full ban from the platform, with no proof of evidence and no opportunity to appeal.

This review leaves out the main fact. Your funding was denied following a Compliance review that identified unauthorized third party access through log data and IP records. When that type of evidence is present, it cannot be ignored and the decision cannot be overturned by support or Discord staff. These actions are not taken on guesswork or because someone asks to get funded. They are only taken when there is concrete proof of account integrity issues, and these checks are conducted once all phases are passed to ensure we only cooperate with honest traders.
We understand that you disagree and say you journaled your trades, but journaling your own entries does not override back-end access records on your profile & accounts. The refund option was provided as the proper next step after the Compliance decision, not to avoid accountability. Titan Capital Markets does not ban traders unfairly and in fact absolute majority of traders receive funding without any issues. When rules and account integrity standards are met, funding proceeds. When clear third party involvement is detected, it does not. Despite your negative review, we will still honour our word and ensure your refund is paid to you.

Keep in mind before i even got my payout they where already telling me to review the terrible propfirm the support. Now i requested a payou took them almost 2 weeks to review it normally take 2-3 days and theyve rejected it they say it was because it was tentative red news that day and that for the reason it counted for the whole day they will make these rules and give you any excuse to scam you and reject your payout stay away from them

Yet another dishonest and misleading review, while the fault is absolutely your own.
No one is scamming you and no rules were invented. You simply breached the rules multiple times, and just like most dishonest traders, you dishonestly jump in right to the negative reviews.
Your payout was rejected because there were 15 separate modifications made during a restricted news window while the event was still tentative, which is a clear breach of the news trading rule. Tentative red news is still treated as restricted, and traders are expected to avoid opening or modifying trades during that time. That was the reason for the decision. You call our support 'terrible', yet we have kept you updated in detail every single day. If rules are followed, payouts are paid. If rules are broken, they are not. In this case, the outcome was based on repeated violations during a restricted news period, not on any excuse or scam.

PAYOUT THEIF/ BANNING TO BE SAFE/ SCAM
Absolutely disgusting of a firm, just because i kept asking about payout updates on daily basis they banned me and then claim its a technical glitch however when i used my friends id everything seemed to be normal, shameful moderators ban anyone who raises the right points.
The irony is that after 12 days of not releasing any payout they released only 3 payouts with combined amount of approximately 3,600 usd and wowww the coiencidence being that they are offering non stop promo of 50% and 45% which easily proves that thats the only sale they made and in order to keep their fake advertisement claims they released the 3 payouts to say that look at us we are still releasing payouts.
Not only this using my friends id i saw in the support chat that someone was raising the issue of payout and booom that person was also blocked/restricted. whats the most pathetic thing is that why avoid accountability and restrict users when you can simply avoid the users raising their voices by not giving them any excuse.
Mr. Wade you previously replied to my previous review, kindly only claim to be so up right and only reply to my review if only my below statements are wrong
- The backlogged payouts uptil 20th May 2026 have not been released
- No 2 batch system has been followed since march 2026
i cannot clearly say if tcm is scam or not but what i can say is that its currently one of the worst prop firms to go for so kindly wait till the payout being released are the ones which were requested a week prior maximum if not ignore this BS firm

First of all, we cannot find a client with your name on our database, which causes serious concerns regarding the validity of this review.
While some points raised are genuine concerns which we can understand, a part of this review is unfortunately false and misleading. As usual, we will respond to these reviews with facts.
Payouts were released as recently as yesterday, so the claim that no payouts have been processed since 4 May 2026 is simply wrong. Proof of this is clearly visible on our Discord, #payout-proof channel. We also reject the accusations about being out of funds or having liquidity problems. Those are baseless assumptions. We are known for continuing to re-invest our revenue back into our infrastructure and improving trading experience. We are here with long-term vision in mind, not short-term profits.
While the concerns raised can be understood, traders with pending payouts receive full and detailed updates in their tickets each and every day, and the Discord team has been consistently communicating the latest information available. Calling Support team's hard work as 'most basic' is extremely inaccurate.
Restriction from chats was not done because you were “exposing” anything, and claiming that as fact does not make it true. We will not block traders until their concerns are clarified, but the ticket system is the best place to receive solutions and updates. Delays can happen, but delay does not mean non-payment, and it certainly does not justify false public claims about insolvency or scam activity. Titan Capital Markets continues to process payouts and communicate with traders through the proper support channels.

They started to become too greedy. They increased BOGO promotions, which means more payout rejections and delays... Then their Trustpilot reviews starts to look bad. I know this scenario, and believe me, the end is very bad. So if Team Titan prioritizes accessing new customers over satisfying existing ones, it will be bad for their company.Btw im not the only one experiencing delays in payout. I keep reading the same complaints in the support chat. When customers complain about this in the support chat, they're told to open a ticket and explain their problem there. This way, they ensure that no one in the chat sees the complaints. So I ask, where is the transparency, TCM? If you're not processing payouts and other things within the timeframe you stated, be a little more transparent and no not LİE to your customers.

No one is lying to customers here. When traders ask for updates about payouts or account specific matters, we do not discuss those publicly in group chats because that would be irresponsible and could breach data protection obligations. That is exactly why traders are asked to open a ticket, so the team can provide detailed case specific updates privately and properly. That is not hiding complaints, it is the correct and lawful way to handle sensitive account matters. We are fully transparent and honest in tickets, and have not denied anything.
Promotions also have nothing to do with payout decisions, delays, or rejections. It is simply a marketing strategy that we chose, as we plan to be here long-term and are not focused on short-term profits. Payouts are not denied or delayed further because of BOGO offers, and suggesting that is pure speculation and simply false. We understand that when deadlines are not met it creates frustration to the traders, but frustration does not make the firm dishonest. Neither should you add more fuel to the fire by posting negative reviews about it. Updates are provided through the correct support channels to every single individual trader in detail, not the public chats. That is how professional customer service should operate.

Worth Checking Out for Serious Traders
I've traded with quite a few prop firms over the years, and Titan Capital Markets has been one of the better experiences so far.
What impressed me the most was their support team. My MT5 account suddenly got flagged for using a US IP, which caught me off guard because I trade from my PC in Malaysia. I contacted support through Discord, and the response was surprisingly fast. Big shoutout to Wade and Habib for helping me sort everything out and getting my account reactivated quickly. No unnecessary back-and-forth, just straight to solving the issue.
The trading rules are also one of the reasons I like this firm. They're clear, reasonable, and don't feel like they're designed to catch traders out on technicalities. That's something I really appreciate after dealing with various prop firms in the industry.
MT5 has been smooth for me, execution feels good, and I haven't experienced any major issues. The dashboard is clean, easy to use, and gives me everything I need at a glance.
Nobody's perfect, but based on my experience so far, Titan has been professional, transparent, and responsive. The active Discord support is a huge plus, especially when you need help with something urgent.
Definitely one of the prop firms I'll continue trading with.

I started my journey with titan capital in october 2025 and till today I am with titan capital. Dedicated support team was very helpful, want to name RAZA for his assistance and guidence.
