I WILL NOT BE USING TITAN EVER AGAIN
I have mixed feelings about Titan Capital.
On the positive side, I was able to pass both Phase 1 and Phase 2, so the targets are definitely achievable. However, I ultimately didn't receive funding because I breached some of their rules.
A few breaches came from accidentally placing trades without a stop loss attached. I trade from my phone, and on a couple of occasions I entered trades accidently which I closed without setting the stop. Titan have a zero-tolerance approach to this, which is fair enough, but it's something traders need to be extremely careful about.
The bigger issue for me was the 3% exposure rule. I personally found it very restrictive and, at times, confusing. The account has a 4% daily drawdown limit, but at the same time there is a separate 3% exposure rule that can disqualify you even if you're still within the daily loss limit. That didn't suit my style of trading and felt much stricter than other prop firms I've used.
I accept responsibility for my mistakes and I'm not disputing their decision. But if I could give advice to someone looking at prop firms today, I would say: compare the rules carefully before signing up. There are other firms out there with more trader-friendly risk rules and more flexibility, especially if you're a discretionary trader.
For me personally, I prefer firms where the rules are a little more straightforward and allow you to focus more on trading and less on worrying about technical rule breaches.

While the score is definitely unfair and focused only on the negative, which is typical for these negative review writers, we thank you for the balanced review. We appreciate that you were honest enough to admit that funding was not denied without reason, but because rules were breached. The stop loss rule is strict by design and applies to every trade without exception, including accidental trades opened on mobile. It is a core rule of any risk-management, and no trader should ever be trading without a Stop-Loss.
The same applies to the 3% exposure rule. It is a separate risk control from the daily drawdown limit and is clearly part of our framework, even if it may not suit every trader's style. It is very rare to find a successful professional long-term trader who is risking over 2%, let alone 3%. So we feel it is not restricting at all, as the Lot sizes traders are able to open are massive as it is. We understand that not every rule set will be a fit for every trader, and that is a personal choice. Titan Capital Markets enforces its rules consistently, and while we respect your decision to move elsewhere, the outcome on your account was the result of valid breaches rather than unfair treatment.

This prop firm is a scam. I was told by risk team to risk less than 1% when I got my funded account which I did, but when I requested a $3000 payout they are telling different stories that I breached due to risking over 1% even when I didn’t risk over 1%. Be warned this prop firm is a scam

You are providing false statements. We do not accuse traders of breaching the exposure rule without concrete proof. There are no 'different stories', only one concrete one: you breached the exposure rules. If your payout was denied, it is because the Risk Team identified a valid exposure breach based on the full trading data on the account, not guesswork or changing stories. Many traders focus only on their intended risk or final loss, but the exposure rule is assessed using the actual total exposure present on the account. That is what determines compliance. If you were advised to keep risk below 1%, that guidance still stands, but if the account data shows the exposure went beyond the allowed limit, the breach remains valid and was definitely exceeded. Titan Capital Markets pays traders who follow the rules. When the rules are broken, payouts are denied accordingly.

Don't trust this firm.
This is an explanation about my review from 2 days ago.
Basically, i passed 2 50K 1 step accounts with 1 trade for both and i was filling the minimum trading days using 0.01 lots, cause it is allowed here.
In the last minimum trading day for both, instead of open 1 trade in the same direction in both account like in the previous days, i opened one long and one short in the same pair, but in 2 different account.
What happened is they reviewed both account and after 2/3 days i got an email from risk team saying i was hedging going long on one 50K and short on the other one.
So, of course i know about this rule but honestly what advantage i get using 0.01 lot to fill the minimum trading days while i was way above the profit target days before it.
Risk team could warn me about this, but they choose to breach all my accounts, both 50K who should be funded now and also 2 instant 50K, with one of them already up to 1500$ in profit and ready, with yesterday profit, to ask for the payout.
I wrote my review here, before reaching their "kind" support, thinking that they could agree with me that breaching all my account for a correct rule but applied in the wrong context was not fair but seems like they don't care.
They offered me a 25K challenge and i first accept it but i changed my mind and breach it cause it's just stupid to accept it.
That's why they are saying that i wrote my review after i breached my account but that's not true, i have all time log from the review and from the account.
For all the thing that i wrote in my last review, it's all true and you don't need me to send you the proof.
You can see the proof here, on their official discord in the support chat where thousands of traders are asking how many more weeks they will have to wait for their payouts.
They want to solve in a peaceful way, but they refuse to give me back atleast one of my funded account got without breaking any of their rules. (I lost 200K funded account and also almost a 2K payout because of this stupid thing).
They offered me again a 25k account to change or delete my last review, but i said no of course.
So, make your own idea about them, but they are clearly not a good and honest prop firm, they are just like the other ones (plus their spread is also pretty high, all my trades got half RR because of it).

First of all, you are breaching Trustpilot's guidelines by posting multiple negative reviews out of pure spite & hatred, and you will be reported. We have done our best to repair this relationship and situation, and have offered you resolution as you mentioned, but it is you who chose conflict and dishonesty and even ended up posting yet another negative review. It is clear you are one of these dishonest traders who breach our clearly stated rules, then run to Trustpilot and try your best to paint a negative picture. The reality is different, however.
The attitude and calling someone 'trash' in your previous reviews also speaks volumes.
Promotions do not mean a firm has no money, and they have nothing to do with whether a trader is paid or not. We have paid millions in payouts overall, and current delays do not change that reality or turn the firm into a scam. Delays can happen, but that is very different from refusing to pay. We will always pay honest traders, and trust me, we will not be closing our website. Cannot give critics like you the satisfaction, as we will explain.
When accounts are breached, it is not for “no reason.” It is because a rule has been violated and that decision is based on documented records reviewed by the relevant team. As for support, fast responses are not fake and they are not copy pasted. We are the most humane support team in the space, actually. Our team puts in serious effort every day to answer traders, explain rules, and handle tickets properly. Asking traders to share honest feedback about their support experience is not manipulation. If someone leaves 5 stars for support and complains about a payout or breach, that does not prove fraud. It usually proves they were helped well but did not like the final compliance outcome. Traders who follow the rules get funded and paid. Traders who break them do not. That is the truth, no matter how many vague accusations are repeated publicly. This case is closed, and you are no longer a client of Titan Capital Markets.

I went through around 10-15 accounts as I was started out trading . I went to other propfirms and learnt how to trade and passed a couple fundeds . I came back to Titan and passed a funded then . They asked me to kyc again for some reason and I did . After this they delayed me for a week wasting my time . Then they said I did kyc fraud and said they had “concrete evidence “ but couldn’t provide which is bullshit . Scammy fraud propfirm . After that they removed my permissions to talk in general chat which further proves their scammy business and attempts to secure their brand image .

This review leaves out the key fact that your account was flagged during a compliance review for KYC fraud. That is not a decision taken lightly, and it is not based on guesswork. When Compliance identifies serious verification issues supported by concrete evidence, funding cannot proceed. We understand that you wanted the full evidence disclosed, but in cases like this we do not provide the exact internal compliance material for legal reasons. That does not mean it does not exist. It means the decision was made through the proper process and could not be overturned. Restricting your access to general chat after that was not done to “protect our image,” but because the account relationship had already been terminated following the compliance outcome and since we have full evidence you have committed KYC fraud, blaming us for this would be unethical. This was not a scam or random delay. It was a compliance decision based on what was found during your KYC review, and the KYC fraud is clear.

Une calamité absolue ! J'ai validé mon challenge en 2 étapes en une semaine, j'avais reçu les certificats. Mais ils ont trouvé une excuse en disant que les tiers ont eu accès à mon compte, alors que j'utilise ma stratégie manuelle la plus rentable. C'est étrange, lorsque j'avais perdu mes précédents comptes, ils n'avaient pas dit que les tiers avaient participé à l'échec de mes comptes.
J'ai envoyé toutes les preuves à l'équipe risque, je changerai d'avis si le problème se règle.
Comptes MT5 2ème phase du challenge en 2 étapes: 17383954 et 17383955 déjà validés. Vous parlez d'adresse IP dans plusieurs pays, alors que j'habite en France et je n'ai même pas voyagé et j'utilise principalement mon téléphone pour trader car c'est plus flexible, ce qui signifie que je n'ai même pas utilisé un autre périphérique pour me connecter, même si c'est légal. Dans tous les, je ne vais pas écrire un roman ou un livre pour me faire comprendre.

First of all, this review is incomplete and misleading. Your accounts were not denied without reason. They were blocked following a compliance review that identified unauthorized device access and IP discrepancies from multiple countries. These clearly do not belong to you, and likely account management services were used. That type of activity cannot be ignored because it directly affects account integrity. The fact that you say you use a manual strategy does not override the technical data flagged during the review. If your previous accounts failed in the past, that does not cancel the issues found on these accounts. This was not an excuse and it was not random. It was a compliance decision based on concrete evidence, such as IP & device ID logs. Hundreds of traders get Funded every week, and honest traders who follow our rules will always receive their Funded accounts, while dishonest ones will not.
