At the beginning i loved this prop
At the beginning i loved this prop, but more i pass my accout more i see they breach me for nothing, the last breach they said is i was exposed more than 3% but im not, i have the record and we see every day that im under 3%, and placing a SL under 3% is not a breaching of the 3% if it didnt drowdawn at this point, what ever i specifically placed my sl under 3% at any moment.
But still they said i breached, i contacted support if they rewatch my case i will delete this review, the support is a little bit good honorable mention to Raza, but they are not your friend, so be careful

I am afraid this review is inaccurate. You were not denied “for nothing.”Not a single of our traders is ever denied Funding if they follow our rules. We have simply no reason to do that. Quite the opposite: we are actually supportive of our traders & want as many traders to get funded as possible.
Funding is only denied if our rules are breached. The 3% exposure rule includes stop loss placements and total potential exposure, not just live drawdown or your PNL shown on the account at a given moment. That is where you are misunderstanding the rule. Being under 3% in floating drawdown does not mean you were compliant if your total exposure, including the stop losses set on positions, exceeded the allowed limit. The rule has been applied correctly. Also, at the time of this reply, there are no open tickets on your case, so the suggestion that support is waiting to rewatch it is not accurate. You at least acknowledged that support treated you properly, but support being respectful does not change the compliance outcome. The account was actioned due to a valid exposure rule breach, not unfairly. So please create a ticket on our Discord to have your case reviewed. We are here to support and assist you.

No one is “finding reasons” to deny payouts. Tick scalping and non-standard trading behaviour are restricted practices, and in your case the issue was clear. You admit that 20 out of 51 trades were held for under 2 minutes. That is not a borderline case. That is a clear pattern. Our staff also regularly point out that traders should hold trades for at least 3 to 4 minutes to avoid being flagged for tick scalping. If it is a 'Hidden Rule', then how come it is widenly mentioned on our discord? Staff would tell you the same if you opened a ticket and asked regarding the timings. I invite you to try. And regarding IP address problem, if you are engaging in shady practices, or got questionable software installed on your device, or even worse, allow other people to connect to your account, then we have no reason, but to protect our firm against practices like that. Traders that keep their IP's consistent never have issues with us. Your payout was denied because your trading behaviour breached the rules & guidelines, not because the firm suddenly invented something at payout stage. We have paid over $3 Million to traders who have followed our rules.
And we do not pay those who do not.

Totally waste of time!!!! In my 3 years experience in trading industry i have never seen this type of firm, worst customer support and also service. I passed my account a week ago and they told my to wait 72 hours to receive my funded account, when i ask them why they are not giving me my account this whole time, they banned me from their discord too. JUST AVOID THIS FIRM AND PROTECT AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

My TCM experience
This is an updated review, following the response from Titan capital markets
I take accountability and apologize for my previous rage filled review. This will be the calm and honest one.
I requested a payout for my 5K instant funding account on Monday. The whole week went by and nothing happened and on Friday I asked the support mods what's going on. Perhaps I did this in a somewhat aggravated way, but without being unreasonable or disrespectful. What the mods did is they instantly banned me from the chat. 10 minutes later I got an email saying my payout was denied because I traded two funded accounts at the same time.
So the first thing is, I have never seen this rule anywhere else. And when I say hidden, I mean that this rule is snuck in the allocation tab instead of the instant funding rules tab purely for this reason. If you have a rule relating to the instant funding account does 1 not think the rule should be mentioned in the instant funding rule tab ? I can assume Mr. Wade does not have the best English skills by now, but that is what I truly mean by a hidden rule - not the fact that the rule is completely not mentioned because that would obviously be stupid or illegal or something of the sort, but it is tactically placed hoping traders miss that one line in the allocation rules tab.
And in my last review, I said explicitly said "they denied my 5K account payout" and sorry to say this Wade but anyone with basic English skills would understand that I did not say my payout was $5000, instead I said the account was a 5k.
Going back to the main point, this rule in essence genuinely makes no sense when you can have multiple evaluations or multiple funded accounts, but the same firm is telling you you cannot have more than one funded account at the same time.
But a rule is a rule, and I am not here to complain. I'm just here to warn others of my experience. I had to wait five days, and I had to go out of my way and ask the mods and then get banned by the mods for asking about my payout only for my payout to be rejected by a rule that is not mentioned in the instant funded account rules page. By textbook definition of rules and common sense, this rule should be mentioned in the page where all the other rules for the instant funding is mentioned. Or am I dumb for thinking this ?
And if you think you can specifically place this rule in the middle of the allocation tab as a one liner, and then defend yourself saying oh this rule isn't "hidden" then I rest my case. But I will say it is my fault for not going over the top and reading every single line of the whole FAQ page. But then again, who wants to deal with a prop firm where you have to do stupid things like that to avoid stupid rules.
I will turn this to a two star from a one star but again nobody wants to deal with a prop firm like this where even if I did get my payout, I would've requested the payout on Monday and it would take at least a week since it was Friday evening they responded to my request.

First of all, the intention of this review is clear: to defame and make the firm look as bad as possible, while taking zero accountability as a trader. In addition, you are lying. This is typical behaviour of traders who breach our valid, NON-HIDDEN and clearly stated rules.
We will expose why this review is misleading. First, the payout in question was not 5k. It was $314.30. Second, your payout was not denied for a hidden or unrelated reason. It was denied because you breached a clearly stated allocation rule by trading more than one Instant Funded account at the same time, even though the rule explicitly states that only one Instant Funded account may be actively traded. That is not a hidden rule and it is not unreasonable. It is part of the framework you agreed to before trading. BOGO offers and promotions have nothing to do with compliance decisions. We pay traders who follow the rules. When rules are broken, payouts are denied accordingly, as has been the case with your payout.
In addition to that, you have behaved in a rude and disrespectful way to staff. As a long-time follower of Zain, you likely learned a lot from him, and this is how you repay him? By a dishonest negative review.

I rarely leave reviews, but I genuinely wanted to for Titan Capital Markets. From start to finish, the support from Raza and Wade has been outstanding. They’ve been respectful, professional, patient, and actually treated me like a real person rather than just another customer.

That is not the case at all. Just because it takes slightly longer in some rare cases where extra verification is required, out of the $3 Million we have paid our traders, the absolute majority of payouts have been processed within mentioned 24-48 hour timeframe.
You mentioned 'in the long run'. Let's not speak of the future just yet, as we are making significant improvements and strides in this area as we understand that processing times are very important to traders.
It also must be noted that regarding payout timelines, our processing period is clearly stated in the terms before purchase. Every payout goes through a compliance and risk review before being released, and the timeframe you mentioned falls within the standard processing window outlined on our platform. There are many factors that contribute to a 'standard', not just the one you mentioned.
