Have read mixed reviews on Tirendo but I must say the service I got was excellent, ordered my Goodyear 135/45/19 ROF Tyres on the Tuesday and they were delivered to my fitting station on the Friday morning, having tracked them all the way from Germany.

Very bad service and rude staff. Stay away from them!

Was a bit wary when I saw some dodgy reviews. Ordered anyway as prices were excellent, and tyres arrived in 5 days - and I live on a Scottish Island ! Also delivery was free which is unheard of here ! Fantastic.

i had placed an order for two tires more than a month ago and i paid for it same day and clearly on the website it was mentioned it would be delivered within 5 working days. i waited and nothing arrived, i called them and they said we are waiting for delivery and when it has been delivered we will send it to you within three weeks. i waited and still nothing arrived. i called them then they said we cant get the tires and offered me cheap alternative, but when i visited the website they were still selling it and accepting orders, i called them again and sent email and they said okay we will send the tires you requested, then i waited again and nothing happened. i called them again and they said they called the order and that i should re order at a higher price, and emailed again and still nothing. then i got a refund through paypal. the tires that i ordered wasnt special tires it was brand barum which everyone was selling at the time i ordered through them without checking the review for this dodgy company. they refund me and said that the item was unavailable. they are liar and they want me to pay extra money but at the time when i ordered it they were selling it at a similar price to alternative sources. 1 star is too much for them, they deserve minus 5.

Order was one week ago. Since then silence. Try to call and sent e-mail to: Tirendo Norway, UK, Germany. Same answer to all tries: no reply!

Ive order one tire as hard to get of shelf in UK, Ive paid same day, 5 days later they send me reminder to pay for order, Ive called them and as other people said no apologies nothing, Ive called PayPal and they said that payment was send But Tiredo didn't accept it because Pound vs Euro was week.... W.T.F??? They left me with nothing 2 days before my trip to Europe. Don't use them

I enquired one week after placing and paying for my order. they told me it was a prob with my payment - Spent time phoning card company and back as card company assured me payment had been authorised - Customer service was shockingly poor. In the end they just guessed that there must be a problem and that I was at fault for not phoning sooner - lol

I've bought 4 tyres on Sunday 04/06/16 and they were delivered on Thursday 09/06/16, quite fast.
I strongly recommend purchases of tyres online from Tirendo

Nightmare service, they are not UK stocked tyres and they got lost in transit. Their reply was " We don't know where they are" when pushed for further info their employee put the phone down on each of the 4 times I called for information.
Still waiting after 10 days,
My advice is to stay well away from Tirendo

Bought thinking they were UK based firm. Made purchase via paypal (thankfully) No confirmation email sent from them-No date of delivery- UK automated answer phone thats says everyones busy then puts phone down. International phone number not recognised. Had no response from them so far.

I ordered 4 tyres with the understanding I was getting them in 4-5 days. 3 days after placing the order I was told the tyres would be another 3 weeks. It took me about 30 emails and 100 calls to cancel the order. They simply do not answer emails or calls. Terrible terrible company.

I can recommend this company , the replacement was a high spec known quality make and was cheaper than the far east tyre last replaced which only lasted a year.

Needed new tyres for a Kawasaki z1000sx 2012 model, best price on the internet and delivered very very quickly, perfect item.

Far better price and delivery than I could obtain in the UK. I'm most impressed!
