Poor service from agent on the phone concerning a delay in package even though I warned them that the statis of my order had not changed after 2 days of ordering.

Agent on the phone was just unhelpful and not professional.

Will not order from them again

Great price, deliverd quickly, right item frist time every time. Very please with Tirendo, that's why I keep going back.

Highly unsatisfied with the service. The website states delivery time between 2-5 working days, after 6 days of waiting still haven't received the order. Customer service doesn't now where is my order or where I can expect it as they can't contact anyone from the warehouse. It's an absolute joke, stay away from this company!

Extremely happy with the service provided by Tirendo.co.uk and can say they are first rate and provide a service second to non. Will definitely use again when I need my next batch of tyres.

Having chosen my tyres I moved to have them fitted locally and a price of £8.00 per tyre was shown but these details were omitted on subsequent confirmation of order.
The tyres were delivered into Heywood distribution depot where they sat from Thursday until Monday when they were delivered to the fitters.
When I arrived to have them fitted the price was £15.00 per tyre.
I am pleased with the tyres and selection process but less pleased with the distribution and fitting service.
Could do better!

Delivery could have been better and quicker but the full address was not put on item so i had to wait 3 days longer to recieve tyres.

Great prices, quick delivery within a week, and easy to arrange fitting at local tyre dealer, worth checking Tirendo out if your needing tyres.

Good tyre, delivered at a good price in around 3 days.

Good service, good prompt delivery and competitive pricing. Only one slight problem was that I was told that I would receive an email telling me when the delivery was to be made. Did not receive any such email. A Royal mail van just turned up with my car tyres. Will contact Tirendo regarding any future car tyre requirements.

Quick delivery,quality products at a good price

Just contacted Tirendo spoke with an Agent Ivana Dragisic regarding an order that I placed in November which I didn't receive to date. She asks me to contact local GLS and would not give me a number to contact GLS. She said "Google it".

Great value and tyres. I recommend to everyone.

Great Service

Everything went well and the delivery was on time and to the correct address. The only comment I would add is that initially when I contacted the recommended fitting centre there was some confusion in that they had never heard of Tirendo and it was only when it became apparent that the company was part of Delticom/Mytyres that they knew what I was talking about. It would perhaps be a good idea for the company to contact all their recommended fitting centres to prevent this confusion arising in the future.

Rubbish company, have failed to deliver as claimed on their web site. Ordered tyre on-line on 26/10/18.Received an e-mail on 29/10/18 saying tyre would be dispatched in 2 days. No further communication until I mailed on 1/11/18 asking for update. Received a reply early evening saying demand has been high and they don't know when the tyre will be delivered as Out of Stock.
Have checked their web site tonight (1/11/18) and supposedly the tyre I ordered is In Stock.
Avoid Tirendo and pay more for peace of mind.

Product as stated, delivery as stated, price well within budget and compared to other prices that I was quoted, this company is second to none, in fact I have recommended the company to all my friends.
