My tyres online Recenzje 

This is probably the worst online order experience I ever had by ordering two tyres with this company! The order was accepted and confirmed but shortly afterwards I received an email saying that the tyres are not available.

Then I tried to phone but trying to speak to a human is not possible – it’s an AI bot which deals with any enquiries – and it does NOT work.

Trying to contact the company via email also does not work - its just is a disaster. How will I get my money back?? DO NOT ORDER FROM MYTYRE!!!!

Awful experience with this company.
Recently placed 2 orders a few weeks apart.
It says online 2-5 days delivery I think, took closer to 2 weeks on the first order.
second order, I ordered 25th July and only just received it on 14th Aug. Supposed to have been delivered on 7th Aug, went to courier first, they said they hadn't received it and go back to supplier - Did that and My tyres said it was the couriers fault and then miraculously i'm expecting the tyre a couple of days later.
Then i emailed them to ask where my pin was for the fitment, they responded with out providing me a pin.
I know from the first order the fitting place won't fit without a pin number.
Only talking to a BOT, no person on the phone - Live chat i've been on 2 hours and not got anywhere. Useless.

I am extremely disappointed with MyTyres.

When I placed my order, the estimated delivery time was 3–5 days. After that, I received another email saying it would take even longer. It has now been over two weeks, and my order still hasn’t arrived.

The most frustrating part is the complete lack of customer service. There is no way to speak to a real person. Every phone call leads to AI, which cannot answer simple questions or provide any useful information about my order. Emails are either ignored or do not solve the problem.

As a customer, I feel completely abandoned. If you advertise fast delivery, you should be able to keep your promise or at least provide proper customer support when things go wrong.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend MyTyres. The prices may look attractive, but if something goes wrong, don’t expect any real help.

Very poor delivery service. Their website says that the order will be delivered in 3-5 business days - a complete lie! We have been waiting for more than 2 weeks and they still do not give a guarantee when exactly the tires will be delivered! YOU CANNOT RELY ON THEM!!!

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering tyres from them. Lots of confusing messages about delivery status. Two weeks later no tyres and a cancelled order (by them) after taking my money so I'm going to have to chase that up. 5 stars for taking your money 0 stars for supplying tyres. They should not be in business.

Awful if I could give zero stars i would no update misleading delivery dates instant credit card charges. Only upside nice German lady who is clearly used to cancelling orders. Only use them if you are desperate.

not worth 1 star,order arrived incomplete , told to contact delivery company who took 2 weeks of stalling before admitting they lost item ,and said contact my my tyres to raise complaint, all this was stressful as no human to speak too just bods and 30min phone calls that never get answered

Terrible Company! Tina was severely not helpful purchased tyre 7th July & online said delivered on 12th, I had to cancel mot as tyre still not arrived. Delivery meant to rake 2-4 days & on phoning the company Tina told me it was delivered after a long time on hold Tina returns to inform me what I already know it’s not delivered & will be delivered on 18th.
