I reached out to Lucy Dines to discuss changing my plan. I sent her an email and instead of just messaging me back she took the time to call me and go over the options I had. She wasn't pushy, and made me feel like I was in charge of what I wanted to do and was there to assist me in any way I needed. Really appreciate their customer support!

Easy to use and continued support
The service is really easy to set up and use, from sign-up to hiring a VA. You have continued support from an account manager (thanks, Kim!) so if your VA isn't a good fit, or you need an additional VA, your account manager will help you to find the right person for your company, as Kim did with my current VA, Sabrina. The billing structure is simple and easy, allowing you to choose a package and add hours if needed, they will also warn you if you are running low on pre-paid hours. The only thing that could use some work is the platform itself, the video calling feature doesn't seem to work well (we use Teams instead), and it would be good to have a kanban style task organiser on the platform. But overall I would absolutely recommend TimeEtc for any business who needs an extra pair of hands!

Brilliant VA Support from Time Etc
We've been working with Kerri through Time etc, and she’s been absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning, the whole team has been supportive—checking in regularly and always quick to respond if we need anything. Madison listens well and helps greatly
Madison listens well and helps greatly. No matter how I have felt, she was always there supporting me. She truly cares about my business. I am not just a number and her heart is visible. She has helped me greatly. I really love how she recommended for me to get a new VA because she saw that I deserved better. That was so wonderful to have someone that cared that much!

Get your life back with a Virtual PA from Time Etc
I have been using Time etc for about 18 months, and they have found me a number of great virtual assistants. I now have two that I use for different projects, with different skill-sets. They all have complementary capabilities to me, and can do things that I cant do. Time etc gives you a Client Happiness manager, and mine (Lucy) is amazing, she is in touch just often enough with check-ins, and makes it all work behind the scenes. The VAs help you to learn the difficult task of delegating so take the plunge and let your client happiness manager help you get your life back!

Time Etc. + Kerri - You'll never regret it!
I use Time Etc both personally and professionally. I'd encourage everyone to do the same! It 100% saves you money and the finite precious resource of time. Plus unloads the cognitive burden of important things that not only you can do.
I wouldn't have gotten this far except for how great Kerri has made my experience at Time Etc. Her careful stewardship of my (quite small) contract has helped me and my co-founder be so much more productive. And given us a vision of even more productivity and well-being as we figure this out. Kerri generously and creatively solved issues of my own making. She's been instantly on top of all feedback I've given her - and has actively solicited it at every stage. She's helped increase my focus.
Most emails and calls stress me out. Those from Kerri always make things better. I feel so lucky.

A must have for business owners!
I have been working with a virtual assistant from Time, Etc for over a year and am loving it! My assistant takes some of the mundane and repeating tasks off my plate so I can focus on bigger things. She is always eager to help and she is a joy to work with! I did have some challenges in the beginning with my first assistant leaving the company after a few months, but everyone seems to be very high quality and now I'm happy to have an assistant who has been with them for almost 9 years and likely to stay long term. Also my representative Leah has been a great help when there have been transitions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Experience
This company is fantastic. Very high quality personal assistance and client focused satisfaction. Time etc. was easy to work with - they checked in with me and made suggestions for how best to use my assistant's time. I came to Time because I needed Flexibility and Got That and a Whole Lot More !
I came to Time because I needed administrative support but couldn't afford someone full time. It couldn't have worked out better, Chloe and Kim and the whole onboarding team have taken care of me right from the beginning. They made sure I got an assistant who fit my exact needs. The assistant they assigned me Carina Morris is a rockstar and perfect for my needs. The flexibility with use and payment schedule keeps me coming back . All around awesome experience so far.

A brilliant experience
So far, it's far exceeded my expectations. I was putting getting a VA off, as I thought it would be such a pain and difficult to find the right person.
