What a great service
What a great service. Chose Time Etc as realised I needed additional help with my business, and was matched with my PA, Diana, who has been amazing. We had an initial remote consultation to meet each other and to discuss how to work together, and she takes all my work and just gets it sorted! The Time Etc platform is easy to use and you receive great support and regular check-ins from your Account Manager.

I've been using Time Etc for years
I've been using Time Etc. for years. When I first started, I had never hired an assistant before. They made the onboarding process simple. What I appreciated the most was that they took the time to help me identify which skills would add the most value to my day-to-day work.
I have always found Time Etc.'s caliber of candidates to be high quality. I am the president and founder of a US-based, small, women-owned business. The best use case for me is a part-time US-based virtual assistant with experience using the online tools and accounting services I already utilize, and who is available during my time zone. Their skills have consistently exceeded my expectations in helping me streamline my processes.
An example of how Time Etc. quickly solved a need of mine was that, about a year in, I had a fantastic assistant who decided to return to full-time work. The Time Etc. executive team informed me right away and had already compiled a list of high-quality candidates that met my requirements. The transition to a new assistant was seamless. Knowing I have the continued support of the executive team is a relief.
Having a virtual assistant is a must-have, regardless of the size or scope of your business. I will continue to be a long-time client.

Timesaver and skilled admin
I have had one virtual admin for the last 4 years, she has been great. I did add another who turned out to be less productive and diligent. I easily separated her from my account and the team was very supportive. Overall great experience.

Absolutely top notch assistants!
I have now had 2 assistants through Time Etc. and both are absolutely Fabulous! They both took direction very well and learned quickly. And I didn't have to do all the work to review resumes and find the right fit. Kerri did that all for me and presented me with the perfect person. I'm excited to see how I can continue to utilize them for more things in my business. I would highly recommend getting matched with an assistant from Time Etc!

I have been using Time ETC for a number of months now. The initial set up was very quick and straight forward, and I was immediately matched to a number of VA's that could fit my task requests. I narrowed down my candidates, meet online, then after agreeing to take one on, and then we started working together quickly. Time ETC managed the process efficiently.
The after care is great too. Leah from the Client Happiness Team checks in with me to ensure things are running smoothly.
Highly recommend Time ETC if you need additional support on various tasks, without taking on a full time member of staff.
