Tried and failed with 3 VA companies previously due to language issues, poor communication and delays on tasks. TimeEtc has higher hourly fees but the quality and efficiency actually make it more affordable at the end of the day. Sarah has been amazing! Truly above and beyond work. Great admin support as well from Banita and Madison. Could not recommend this company more highly!

Time, etc. was the best thing that ever happened to me! I worked with two assistants. The first assistant was very attentive to the needs of my business. The second assistant was very responsive to the needs of my personal interest. Garrett especially took time to learn about the vision that I had for my work. He was matched based upon that vision. He shared expertise. He felt like a partner as we planned together how to get the most of the hours with time, etc. The matching is bar none! The communication is clear! I even received support from Lucinda and Madison to ensure I had a strong client experience. I recommend time, etc. for professionals and for those who could use assistance in executing a strong vision for their personal life.

We started with one VA from Time Etc last year and quickly found her to be a huge help. We added to the team and now I have 5 across two businesses. Leah in Client Happiness is always responsive and finds people with the exact skills we need. She also understands the need for the right personality to fit with our small team and works hard to find the right match. Time Etc. has been a major factor in our ability to get organized, and move forward with the business.

Takes a load off. Great interactions with Leah who helped manage my situation. My assistant is extremely helpful and responsive and has learned what I need help with from summarizing articles for me to read, to booking travel and meeting space, I have been able to free up time and energy for other things. Very satisfied.

Boi was I surpised! I originally requested 2 assistants. After interviewing the 1st one, they declined the offer, but no need to worry. The 2nd assistant I interviewed… 😳😳🤯🙌🏾 🙏🏾this woman was a complete God send! She made up for both. I don’t have enough characters to describe my assistants level of excellence, but with Lucinda’s service to vet these highly experienced leaders, we’re on the path of forward movement & progression!

A very cold and hugely irritating experience.
we have worked with many VA's and VA bodies over the years. Time Etc have a large internet presence but I have avoided them in the past because of reports from colleagues. In approaching them this past month, I was quickly plugged into one of their "onboarding people" but it was very very clear that I was just a number in a spreadsheet. No interest at all in a proper engagement, no option to meet any VA before being assigned to one...I was literally just sent a hyperlink to "sign up". By some margin, the coldest and most off putting way of trying to establish a working relationship.
Update: to their great credit they have rapidly reached out, sincerely apologised and, i think, genuinely look at what went wrong.

I started with Time Etc. 2 months ago. I work a very busy job; over 50 hours per week. I rarely have time to complete daily, personal tasks. Since working with Angelica, I felt like I have had more time to prioritize my work, while also getting personal tasks done without the stress. I am very grateful for the assistance. It has been a very pleasant and seamless experience.

Hired them for a few services (editorial work, audio editing, social media).

The first assistant I was given didn't respond in a timely manner and after a few weeks didn't respond at all to my emails.

I asked to stop service and shared my concerns. I was ensured this wouldn't happen again. But the same thing happened. I told my second VA, please just respond within 1-2 business days, even if it's to let me know you're behind schedule and catching up. She just completely stopped responding.

I shared my concerns with Time Etc and asked for money back but was told I should try another VA instead.
