NOT RECOMMENDED. I purchased ticket from Jakarta - London round trip (Singapore Airlines) via tiket.com, because it was cheaper. However, when I asked to change the schedule the price for the schedule change is way high compared to the schedule change price that I paid on the other ticket that I purchased directly from Singapore Airlines website. I do not recommend to buy ticket from tiket.com, better buy directly from airline website.

They send newsletters every day and it's impossible to unsubscribe. Despite the information on their site that says; You can do it by our "Unscubscribe" link (observe spelling) in the email you received from us.

I'm asking to review my case after have…

I'm asking to review my case after have received less money than I paid, of course counting the international bank fee, and they just ignore my emails. Furthermore I don't understand why I couldn't use my indonesian friend's account and had to pay 30dollars fee in order to be paid on my foreign account .
I paid 180$ and got back 90$.. SCAMMERS

Awful Experience

Awful experience. Booked two tickets for a domestic Indonesian flight departing in May. Our flight was cancelled in April due to coronavirus and so I was told I could apply for a refund via the app. I tried this and got most of the way through the process (the app even told me how much money I would be refunded) but when it came to entering my bank details, no UK bank names appeared in the drop down list which meant I couldn't finish the process. I messaged Tiket.com via Whatsapp who said they could only refund me if I had an Indonesian bank account... When I said I was from the UK, they asked me if I had an Indonesian friend with a bank account I could use! Very unprofessional and I find this immensely suspicious because I PAID with a UK bank account! So it seems they can take your money just fine, but they suddenly have issues when it comes to returning it.... They then promised me a credit voucher but it has been 3 months since then and there is no sign of it.... Every time I message support they COMPLETELY ignore my actual questions and answer different ones to try to get rid of me. I have lost £140 in total. NEVER book via Tiket.com if you do not live in Indonesia, they will rip you off.

Privacy concerns

They don't provide a way to delete your sensitive identity data. I asked and they said they manually did it. But 6 months later I received spam from them and logged in to find all of my data still there.

This customer service is something..

First of all my inquiries all mentioned about that I requested an open ticket and tiket.com keeps sending me correspondence on credit vouchers.

In the end I gave up and settled for an credit voucher. The following customer service agents have dealt with my inquiry, Asnur, Resi Amanda, Michael, Irena P. Dewi, CT.

None of them has actually answered my question, even when I put them numbered they still fail to do so.

The worst customer service and slow…

The worst customer service and slow server from their side caused miscommunication.
I’ve tried to call them but no one pick up. I whatsapp them, no reply till 2 days.
I’ve sent in my enquiry since 11 March 2020, but I haven’t heard anything from them till today 20 March 2020.
They keep on sending me an email to rate them instead. This is scam

SCAMMERS!! NEVER USE THIS APP!!

SCAMMERS!!! JUST COMPLETE FRAUD!!

I book a hotel in Bandung and I can't check in!! Hotel said they don't have my reservation and CS is completely useless! Back and forth without any clear output! I am unable to check in and need to spend another $$$ for a replacement hotel

Password reset problem at tiket.com and bad support by CS

I have booked a hotel in Bali using tiket.com and now to make some changes in my booking when i tried to login on my accounts its not accepting password. When i tried to reset the password the password reset email not coming in my mailbox. I tried many times and contacted tiket.com customer support but very poor response and no knowledge. They don't want help you to reset the password and their system has big lacking and i think they don't have technical team to support technical problems. I got stuck and cannot able to change my booking and support really painful and un professional. If there is any legal forums then i want to log the legal case against them for mental harassment of customers.

Of I could rate this a 0, I would. They are scammers, i have booked accomodation through them and they took my money without confirming the booking. After reaching their customer service, they made it extremely difficult to process the refund. I doubt I will ever get my money back. Please do not ever book through them. I will continue advising friends and family to book though other sites and avoid this scammers platform!

באתר שלהם לא נתנו להיכנס לאטרקציה
שהזמנו 3 חודשים לפני ועדיין לא רצו לתת לנו החזר כספי על אובדן האטרקציה. בשביל להתקשר למענה הטלפוני שלהם צריך טלפון איטלקי שטעון בכסף בגלל שהמענה הטלפוני שלהם עולה כסף!

Very incompetent customer service

Very incompetent customer service. I bought a ticket with them, and then received an email from them that my plane has been cancelled and that I have been rerouted. I then called back to the CS and asked that the ticket be canceled because the reroute they gave did not work for me. And here where the problems came. Back and forth with CS and they come back with answer that this is non refundable ticket. I then called directly to American Airlines and the AA cancelled with FULL REFUNDS even though it is a nonrefundable tickets (because of flight cancellation from airlines). The refunds however goes to the Tiket.com because they refund back to the agent. So now I cannot get the money back because Tiket.com keeps coming back to me saying that this is a nonrefundable ticket.

What a headache and incompetent customer service. Never again use them.

Another incident before this, I bought an hotel voucher with them and then a week before using it, they called me saying that the voucher they issued somehow was a mistake, so the hotel does not want to acknowledge it. So they say that they will refund me. The problem is, I bought the voucher far ahead of time to get cheaper price, now I have to buy another voucher with high price just because of their mistake.

What a nightmare dealing with them.

I am a tour operator that offers tours…

I am a tour operator that offers tours thru this company. I have asked that we be immediately removed from their site. I am unable to access our account and after a week of email to their support and messages to their Facebook page, I still have not received any reply. The tours they are offering for my company are badly out of date and they are refusing to allow us to make appropriate changes. VERY poor support. I am really angry at my decision to list our tours on this site.

Incompetent

I have had an account at tiket.com for a while, but never used it until yesterday when I tried to change my password and got caught in a website loop that kept asking me for new password info even after I inputted it and tried to save. I complained to customer service and was told that my email address (username) was not registered at the site. To confirm the foolishness of the reply, I signed in to the site using the very same email address and my password—my old password of course. I was logged in of course. I wrote back to customer service to tell them how wrong they were. They have not responded since. If tiket.com is this incompetent with its own site, why would I ever trust it with my money for the purchase of tickets? No way.

layanan tiket.com terburuk

Saya ingin share pengalamanku dengan tiket.com yang adalah terburuk selama beberapa tahun silam. Saya anjurkan lebih baik memilih agent tiket lainnya. Ini ceritanya...
Tgl 15 Oktober pihak tiket.com konfirmasi orderan tiket saya dengan nomor 55561672. Dari tgl 15 Oktober saya sudah transfer jumlah IDR 2.529.738 ke rekening tiket.com.
Namun tiket gagal terbit, entah kenapa.
 
Pada tgl 21/10 pemesanan saya dinyatakan "belum berhasil" oleh tiket.com saat saya lapor ke cs.
Mereka beri dua opsi yaitu pengembalian uang atau pesan ulang. Saya memilih opsi pesan ulang. Pesanan ulang dikonfirmasi dari cs pada tgl 22 . Dan saya diminta sabar sampai Saya akan dihubungi. Tetapi sampai dua hari kemudian belum ada berita. Komplenku ke cs hanya dibalas dengan kalimat2 standar: "
 Kami informasikan bahwa pemesanan dengan Order #55561672 untuk informasi nomor telepon telah kami sampaikan ke tim terkait dan saat ini masih dalam proses pengecekan dengan nomor pelaporan 00406618. Mohon dapat menunggu konfirmasi selanjutnya baik melalui e-mail ataupun telepon."
Karena sampai tgl 25 tidak ada berita apapun saya ulang komplen ke cs dan
saya beri waktu 24 jam kepada tiket.com untuk terbitkan pesanan etiket saya.
Cs balas: " 
Kami informasikan bahwa kendala pada pemesanan dengan Order ID #55561672 masih ditindaklanjuti tim terkait dengan nomor pelaporan 00406618. Mohon kesediaan Ibu K... dapat menunggu dalam kurun waktu 24 jam untuk informasi selanjutnya baik melalui e-mail ataupun telepon."
Tidak heran bahwa janji tsb. juga tidak ditepati. Tidak ada yang hubungi saya. Akhirnya saya menyurati cs pada tgl 27 bahwa saya anggap pesanan saya gagal dan minta pengembalian uang. Cs balas: "Sebelumnya kami mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang dialami. Kami informasikan kepada Ibu K... untuk pemesanan dengan Order ID 55561672 saat ini sedang dalam proses pengembalian dana oleh tim terkait kami. Mohon kesediaan dan kesabaran untuk menunggu proses pengembalian dana maksimal 14 hari."
Luar biasa, kan? Tidak hanya tidak ada kata maaf dan penjelasan dari pihak tiket.com tetapi dalam hal pengembalian uang saya diminta tunggu dua minggu. Berarti tiket.com menikmati uang saya selama 26 hari tanpa ganti rugi!

This is a fraud company. They process my purchase but did not honour them. Sent the customer service and their reply is please wait. I have been waiting for months and their reply has always been the same - please wait!
Do not purchase anything from this website and regulator should close this website to
