Bought a flight ticket which can be rescheduled 24 hours before flight scedule as per their own terms and conditions, tried to reschedule my flight 2 days before and there was no response. Was later informed due to the number of customers requesting rescheduling they were not able to process the reschedule in time so our ticket was voided.

The worst thing I have ever done, I made a booking it changed the date I had initially selected, I tried changing flights but its costs way more than just booking a new flight. Then I asked about canceling and refund as the website and itw policies say 24hrs from booking and they decided to tell me no refund and tell me about how it is only for certain flights etc, yet AirAsia is not there.But the website tells me a different story, my flight does not show on AirAsia or tiket.com app. They are a scam, it is disgraceful how deceitful people can be. NEVER EVER USE THIS!!!!!

I couldn’t buy a ticket with a regular VISA. I reach out to the customer service and they asked me to send a picture of my passport and my credit card because this is how the validate credits cards. This is simply unbelievable. Please never send this sensitive information via email.
Perfect experience
I booked full day ticket for 2 at Andamanda water park in Phuket. After 5 minutes that I paid I received a email with the 2 vouchers. The day after, once I arrived at the waterpark, I found out that the locker was already included in the ticket. Despite the other bad reviews I hade a perfect service from Tiket.com. Thank you
Fake business
Booked and paid for a room, but upon arrival found out that the hotel doesn't do business with tiket.com. They keep sending the owner people, but don't actually reserve the rooms. The owner never gets the money. I am trying to get my money back from them, but it's a huge hassle. What a scam!
Car with English speaking driver who didn't speak a word of English
Booked a car with driver and full package for two days. The full package included a guaranteed English speaking driver. Of course, you know what happened hahahaha. The driver did not speak English and the company as well as Tiket. That same company had the audacity to ask for more money because we went a bit out of the agreed area and over the 120 km distance limit. These people seem to not understand that not all is about money: if we agreed a certain level of service, you should just give that service or choose a different business. You can't just take the money from a client for a service you can't deliver and than return by apologizing for the inconvenience. It's just outrageous, bad business practice and should be punished by customers seeking an alternative. (By the way, we gave the driver a very well bonus, because obviously, it wasn't his fault!) Oh yes, don't try to contact Tiket.com through the chat: it's fake. It's a computer that doesn't actually help. I must say tiket.com did react with all kinds of incomprehensible messages and they even called me but the person on the other line didn't speak English either, although she said she did. After ten times asking what she wanted, I had to just hang up. It felt like a gross humiliation.

Constantly receiving standard emails
We purchased flight tickets through ticket.com, our flight got changed and therefore we lost our prepaid seat arrangement. We contacted the airline and they told us that this was refunded through ticket.com. We are now waiting for nearly 3 months to get the money back. We constantly receive standard emails from them but the money has never been returned until now.

The worst customer experience I have ever experienced at any company worldwide.
I booked a train ticket between Probolinggo and Yogyakarta where the money was deducted from my account but I did not receive a ticket confirmation in my email. Called, sent WhatsApp’s, emailed, then did this multiple times again and again. Every time told that I would be contacted by the ‘relevant department’ and they would send me a new ticket. When I called again two hours before my train was supposed to leave they told me the one I wanted to get on was fully booked. No apologies, no nothing. Eventually rebooked but the process was dreadful.

A trip to Onrust Island in Jakarts. After having booked the trip you receive some conditions. Three days before you have to send a reconfirmation via whatsapp to a telephonenumber that does not have a whatsapp facility. And if you send a confirmation by sms the answer is: not possible. An e-mail confirmation maybe? No reaction. And if you just try to phone the number, they stop the connection when they notice that you speak English. Later on a lady of tiket.com calls me with the question if I am interestef in a ticket to Onrust. No madam, I only try to reconfirm. Later she made the promis that everything was OK now. One hour later I received a mail that I needed to reconfirm. My answer: I did that already several time so I hope that you let me do the trip. Reaction: you are very welcome when you reconfirm the trip. Ant that was the moment I gave up.

I was recommended Tiket.com by a local and as soon as I booked my flights (Bali-Jakarta and Padang-Jakarta) with Air Asia, both flights were re-scheduled, which did not work for further connections. So I re-booked with Citilink and within 24h, flight was also re-scheduled. One can wonder if the flights on sale really do exist. The payment method (eg. Credit Card) is NOT VALID for REFUNDS! You need to give INDONESIAN BANK ACCOUNT (which I used, from my Contact in Indonesia) and the REFUND REQUEST WAS ACCEPTED, only to be told 24h late that it could not be processed because I am not the account holder. The mess is only just beginning. At the beginning, when booking flights it all seems wonderful... but it's all a nightmare. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

DON'T EVER try to make a hotel reservation using Ticket.com. Their system sucks!
- I searched for a hotel for our stay tonight and tomorrow by entering 2 adults and 1 child, age 16y old.
- I found one of this hotels that fits our search and I booked it without knowing that the search was automatically somehow changed by Ticket.com a room for 2 adults, child: 0 (?)
- As I checked in, I informed the hotel that I need a room with an extra bed. The lady at the reception said in general, they do not have extra bed only in a family room. Unfortunately sold out.
- What made me mad was that, why from the very beginning Ticket.com still included this hotel, in which for me it was clear, it can't .. never accomodate 3 guests in a room.
- The awfully tricky one, instead of excluding this hotel, the system just changed the search into 2 adults, suddenly no child even you entered it with child 16y old from the first place.
- To minimize this mess, I called the Ticket.com to cancel our 2.nd night. With the consequence, my husband and son sleep at this reserved hotel since we got a single queen size bed and I booked another hotel for me.
- I spoke with one of the customer service from Ticket.com asking her (named N*ni) to help me to cancel it as it doesn't make sense anyway to stay there. She said, she would do that if the hotel agrees with this cancellation, all what she needs a person name and position from the hotel. I thought she were really trying to help me, but I was wrong.
- After a long discussion, hours, the only thing that I heard and kept repeated, it's a non refunded reservation, I showed up on the first day, so the cancellation for the second night can not be made.
- I am just asking my money back for this second night as the hotel can't accomodate the guest of three. I've agreed and I can understand it to keep the first night, even we have to stay in two different hotels.
- But not willing to give our money back for the second night for us to be able to look for another hotel??? Shame on you. This is not the service that I expected from you. I am just asking for my money back for the service that I can't have. It's our right as a customer I think. Why did you make it so difficult? I've been using your service during our stay in Indonesia, but from now on no more. Is this how you make business?
STAY AWAY from Ticket.com. Both customer service officers that I spoke with were unfriendly and unprofessional. You won't get any help but more stress.

Trash Customer Service
Trash Customer service. It is so hard to request a refund, they dont help you almost at all. the communication even with Indonesian language was so bad, they dont want to type anything, instead just copy and paste a template answer, even after 5 times sending emails back and forth they only changed a little bit of their template.
At the end I got the refund but the email said "for your information we will cut down your refund for bank admin, etc etc..". TELL ME THAT BEFORE HAND WHILE WE WERE TALKING THROUGH WHATSAPP AND EMAIL DUMBASS!!! NOT AFTER EVERYTHING IS DONE AND IT IS PROCESSED!!!
I highly recommend everybody to not use their service.

I booked a room..Tiket.com immediately charged my Account...then told me room unavailable...to wait 3 hours for someone to contact me and they would find another hotel for me...3 hours later l had no communication from them..got in a taxi and booked into another hotel at 6pm..only to find out later that Tiket.com would not pay for taxi/hotel...and worse..10days later will not refund my payment..illegally taken
