Dont book with 100% refundable! I bought traintickets at tiket.com. I paid extra for a 100% refundable, My wife broke her leg a week ago and tiket.com and i want to cancel my trainticket because we cant travel to Indonesia. The only answer i get from tiket.com is de that i must contact the traincompany. The traincompany is not reachable from my country. Tiket.com didnt want to help me futher.
Bad expirience, pay at hotel not working
I used the system than give me the best price, that is pay at hotel. But when i get there, i found out my order is cancelled and the app didn’t give me notification or email. And the hotel is full and i can’t get a room. So, i call the CS, they say my card is not working but i used it yesterday and it was fine. And also they said the contact me at my phone number yesterday, but i’m out of country so of course they can’t reach me. But i think, they still need to notify me about the cancelation. As a long time user, i don’t recommend for you who want to use the PAY AT HOTEL system. Its very risky and tiket.com will not care if you got a room for that day. Customer service for this problem is very bad and don’t have any solution for you. So please confirm to the hotel again if you already use tiket.com.
Booking untuk hotel, menggunakan sistem pay at hotel. Sistemnya tidak dapat berjalan dengan baik, sehingga menurut saya tidak usah dipromosikan dengan memberi harga yang berbeda. Masalah saya adalah, terjadi pembatalan yang tidak saya lakukan dan tidak saya setujui dan tanpa pengetahuan saya. Menurut saya pihak tiket.com tidak menyediakan servis yang baik seperti apa yang diclaim, tidak memastikan bahwa user telah menerima informasi dengan baik. Setelah diprotes, malah tetap tidak dihubungi secara langsung hanya lewat email dan dianggap selesai menurut mereka. Yang sangat saya binggungkan, dihari yang sama reschedule pesawat dapat langsung masuk notifikasi app dan email. Tetapi pembatalan yang dilakukan pihak hotel sendiri ataupun tiket.com tidak ada pemberitahuan. Dan katanya kartu kredit invalid, tetapi tidak ad konfirmasi bahwa user telah menerima informasi tersebut. Serta, respon CS dan solusi tidak memuaskan untuk masalah ini. Sebagai pengguna setia saya tidak merekomendasikan sistem ini.

1 star is three too much. I tried to book a ticket for a komodo trip, an error message occured wich stated that something went wrong with the payment and that the order hasnt been completed. Since I couldn’t pay otherwise I didnt try to book again. To make sure the booking really hasn’t been completed I checked my notifications frequently the next days: No confirmation or ticket there. After a few days I got a debit of 150$ on my bank account for the ticket I apperrently bought. I havent got any ticket from tiket.com and havent even done a trip. Refund? Of course not possible because they said they have sent me the tickets wich simply wasn’t the case.
The price you see is not the price you pay
Booked a hotel through Tiket.com on what I thought was a good rate. When I checked in they took three times the price as what I agreed. Be warned the rates they offer are not the rates you pay. Google should do more to take companies like these off their platform, its nothing but a scam.

Complete scam. Sold me a ticket for an exhibition in Italy that wasn't actually on. Refused to give me a refund, thankfully my bank sorted it. Tiket still email and call me (now blocked) to ask me to reverse this months later.

Booked hotel in Sydney using Tiket.com, accepted their non refundable condition to get the lowest price. Changed currency country from Australian dollar to United Kingdom pound, then paid £202.74 with my UK credit card + confirmed only that amount taken from my credit card account. Shortly afterwards received email with receipt and then a 2nd email with the hotel e-voucher.
When I checked directly with hotel they initially weren't able to find my booking until I forwarded the hotel e-voucher.
Noted the bad customer experience others have using Tiket.com, so far for me there have been no problems with my booking using the automated service.
Why can’t I give zero
Why can’t I give zero? Sent me a receipt for my ticket but no eticket. Multiple WhatsApp and emails and a blank wall. Their site is totally useless for interactions. AVOID!
Biggest scammers
Biggest scammers. They show different price and once they issue you voucher on fine print there will be additional charges. Never fall in their trap. Always book from expedia or booking they are legit.

We booked a stay from the 14th of February until the 27th of February with tiket.com on the 10th of January and paid 1,200 aud upfront.
It has now been 23 days and we called up Ramada to confirm our booking and they told us it does not exist in the system. tiket.com has refused to help us and has told us over the phone they are “forwarding our query to a relevant team” and it has been over a week and no reply”.
We have now demanded a refund to which they have ignored entirely. They have now blocked our number calling them.

No Service Company
No Service Company. They change the content of your booking during the booking process and at the end you dont receive what you pay for. In my case they deleted breakfast but you only can see it on the voucher. During the booking process they dont mention anything. I made screenshots during the booking process but they didnt accept the screenshots!
So book anywhere else!

Tried to buy a ticket to a golf tournament in Jakarta, this was the only ticket-seller for the event. Idiotically bureaucratic process involved in procuring a ticket; malicious pop-ups on this website, so I wouldn't trust them with my credit card details; this must be corrupt Indonesia, since in no other country would such a dodgy outfit be given a monopoly of ticketing for an event.

Sistem tiket.com mengubah data pelanggan
Memesan JR Pass melalui tiket.com (order id 1243306615), menerima email konfirmasi pesanan dan e-ticket dengan nama yg benar sesuai paspor (nama 3 kata). Tapi Exchange Order dikirimkan dimana nama belakang terpotong oleh sistem tiket.com.
Sangat mengkhawatirkan kalau sistem di tiket.com bisa mengubah data pesanan pelanggan tanpa sepengetahuan pelanggan.
Mengajukan komplain berkali-kali via email ke cs tiket.com dengan melampirkan email konfirmasi dan e-tiket dari tiket.com, tapi tiket.com hanya merespon dengan email yang diulang-ulang, tidak bertanggung jawab atas perubahan nama, menyatakan kesalahan input nama oleh pelanggan, dan meminta saya membayar 30% dari harga untuk koreksi nama.
