Absolute rip off. Took the money for a hotel booking that wasn't booked. The hotel have no record of the booking. I contacted customer support and they blatantly lied to me saying I had a confirmed reservation. The hotel still have no record. What's worse - the hotel only has 3 rooms and I actually know all the people who have rooms booked as its a local family do! That are still telling me to turn up for my booking knowing full well that I'll have to drive for hours to a hotel that I do not have a booking for.

Ho acquistato due biglietti per il giorno dopo. L’acquisto è stato veloce, ho ricevuto la fattura tramite e-mail. Nella stessa mail c’era specificato che i biglietti venivano inviati dopo la confermazione del booking (!?): “ The Event e-ticket will be sent after the booking is confirmed.”. Entro sul mio profilo (per la prima volta), la prima impressione è stata quella di un sito parzialmente tradotto in inglese, quindi difficile da capire. Nella sezione Your Orders ho trovato il mio acquisto con il seguente status: “processing e-tickets”. Contatto il servizio clienti tramite WhatsApp e mi viene detto che i biglietti saranno pronti entro 00:30 per poterli scaricare. Durante la notte, ricevo una chiamata da un numero internazionale e la rifiuto perché dormivo. Il giorno dopo, mi hanno inviato una mail per avvisarmi che provvederanno al rimborso che io ho chiesto (io volevo soltanto i miei biglietti non ho chiesto il rimborso) e sul sito hanno provveduto alla procedura di rimborso che non è immediato (tempo di attesa massimo due settimane). Criticità:
- sito tradotto male
- intoppi per poter parlare con un operatore umano
- una chiamata nel mezzo della notte non penso sia necessaria per avvisare che non potrò avere i miei biglietti
- ricevo 4 mail per avere la stessa informazione
-tempo di attesa per rimborso 2 settimane non va bene
Al momento non ho ricevuto i miei soldi ma siccome siamo ancora nel tempo previsto di rimborso e da brava persona penso che riceverò i soldi (tutti) metterò 2 stelle invece che una.

Treinkaartjes gekocht via de website. Er werd automatisch een verzekering toegevoegd en de prijs werd hierdoor 10% duurder, ik zag dit helaas pas nadat ik had afgerekend. Direct aan de klantenservice aangegeven dat ik de verzekering niet wil, maar de verzekering is non refundable terwijl de treinreis pas over een maand plaatsvindt. Slechte service. Heel teleurstellend.

They put an increase of around 11% on the price of the rooms (country tax). They are not competitive at all and waste a lot of time during searches. The trick is simple they lower the base price low but then they put a tax on you where the total amount is higher than the others.

We booked a room and paid for it. Immediately after the payment went through we received an email: The room is not available, you can request for a refund, if you do you will get your money back in 2 weeks.
So we tried again and surprisingly the room was still available!

This is a scam, and they refuse to take responsibility. We booked flight tickets for 4 people from Indonesia to Singapore and back. Two of us had to cancel due to medical reasons. On their website, it says they will take responsibility and offer refunds even up to 24 hours before the flight. We tried requesting a refund 7 days before the flight, but in the app, when you press “request refund,” it says it’s not possible. So, I sent them an email. Contrary to their policy, they said refunds can only be requested after the flight departs, and they didn’t offer any other options. Once the flight was over, I tried requesting a refund again, but all you can request is the airport tax refund, which costs 25,000 IDR. On top of that, during the flight, someone else took the seats we had paid for. This company is a scam and extremely unprofessional

Didn't book the luggage, charged me for it. Customer support refused to help, saying I need to proof I purchase the luggage (how can I do that, if thats the problem).

After planning my trips for months, I was shocked to receive notifications that both of my confirmed reservations at RM154 per night (including breakfast) were canceled for no apparent reason. Worse still, the hotel is still advertising availability, which leads me to question the integrity of tiket.com’s practices.
Here are key issues potential customers should be aware of:
1. Unfair Cancellation of Confirmed Bookings: My bookings were confirmed, and I was looking forward to my stays. Cancellations without reason are not only unprofessional but extremely disappointing. How can a booking platform reasonably sell rooms they have already canceled?
2. Lack of Proper Communication: Despite sending over 20 emails, I have not received a satisfactory explanation regarding why my bookings were canceled. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about their business practices and customer service. A reputable company should prioritize clear communication, especially when customers are left in the dark.
3. Copy-Pasted Responses: The replies I received from different representatives—Galang, Billah, Tria, Hanum, Nabila, Dodi, and Ana—were all generic, copy-pasted responses. No one directly addressed my questions or acknowledged my concerns; they simply repeated the same information. This lack of personalized service made me feel neglected, and my issues were not taken seriously.
4. Exploitation of Customer Trust: By continuing to list the hotels I had booked while actually canceling my reservations, it feels like tiket.com is exploiting customer trust for its own benefit. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.
5. Irresponsibility in Offering Inferior Alternative Rooms: The alternative room offered at Lotus Seaview Beach Resort & Spa is not only smaller but also lacks breakfast, clearly falling below the standards of my original bookings at Amerald Resort. I absolutely refuse to accept such a subpar alternative, which is in no way comparable to my original reservations.
This entire experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I expected better service from a major booking platform, and I cannot help but warn others to think twice before using tiket.com. The risks of canceled bookings, combined with poor communication and accountability, simply do not justify it.
I urge potential customers to consider this before trusting their travel plans to tiket.com.
