My lock holder broke out of warranty…
My lock holder broke out of warranty (after many years of use) and they were kind enough to give me a discount (half off). Shipping to Spain took a month, but that's not on them. Friendly, recommended! And hopefully the new, updated and reinforced holder will hold up even longer.

I ordered the TiGr blue mini +. The customer service was incredibly efficient and super friendly. The lock arrived within a week. It surpasses all my expectations. i can lock up much quicker without fussing around for the key, and it is light and sleek. I would highly recommend it and the company overall. Many thanks.

I would suggest redesign on the shock absorbing silicon or rubber glued to the lock. It keeps peeling off. Other than that, I am pretty satisfied

Same set of keys
It was very good that I could get a lock-cyclinder with the same set of keys. It did take a long time before it arrived in Europe, but that was a customs-issue I think.

Secure, lightweight, easy to use lock
Excellent secure, light lock, easy to use. I just put it through the wringer bikepacking in Slovenia.
My order arrived a few days befor my departure to Europe without the keys. TiGr team sent me another pair with keys straight away before I returned the first pair so I would have them for my trip. They were
friendly and quick to react. Big thanks!

The tigr blue mini lock the best light weight lock!
The tigr blue mini lock is fairly light weight for a bike lock. It is very easy to use and I enjoy that I can just strap it to the bike instead of carrying it in an inconvenient way. I realize I should have gone for the bigger size if I want to lock my bike up in more common places.

Great quality lock and service
Your rep contacted me by email and explained in easy language what I could do to resolve my lost key issue. There was a link to an order form and I ordered a new lock with keys. It arrived within a few days and my lock was back in use. I really like the lock and wanted to continue to be able to use it.
