Great product and great customer service
My cylinder started having issues locking and I email the owner and he called me personally to explain the problem and how some more details into how the locks with and gave me a discount since I supported the original kickstarter campaign. Great customer service and great product!

Ce n'est pas le cadenas qui pose problème mais le support, qui a des fragilités. C'est le 3eme que j'installe. Si on ajoute les taxes depuis Trump ça fait mal.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We have upgraded the bike mounting clip from an ABS to polycarbonate plastic which is more resistant to UV rays and more flexible. You should have a better experience with the one you just purchased. Thank you again.
Keys not working on my cylinder.
The keys you sent me didn’t work on my cylinder AND your email address seems to be unable to receive mail.
Tried contacting you through the IG messaging but to no avail.
This is the second time I buy copies from my keys and you send me the wrong ones.
