What made my experience so great was the "person to person" and very quick email responses to my needs and questions. The delivery time was also on schedule - as promised.
As a result , I plan on purchasing an additional mini blue lock before my bike this summer.

Would have preferred a larger lock and did not see any available for purchase on the website. Mini lock much smaller than I had anticipated.

Your product is flawed. It’s still a great product. The flaw part is the hanger that holds the lock. I have purchased three altogether too because they were broken, but I still love your product and you rework the lock that’s great.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the TiGr Bike Lock that I recently purchased. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.

Upon testing the lock, I was alarmed to find that it was easily cut with a saw, almost as if it were made of butter. This raises serious questions about the security and effectiveness of the lock. I had expected a much higher level of durability and protection, especially given the claims made about your products.

Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that the previous lock model made of titanium, which I had intended to purchase, is no longer available. The TiGr lock, as it stands, does not meet my expectations for securing my bike.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this lock to anyone looking for reliable bike security. I hope that you can address these concerns and consider improving the design and materials used in your locks.

great light weight lock, that looks interesting

I’ve tried initiating a return but getting no reply.

The TiGr lock is great- I hope they can make better brackets though.

It took some time but arrived eventually.

Ordered the locks, sent a mail giving the lock number, and received the locks with a random number.
It's a pale copy of the original titanium lock, a flimsy thin steel item. A pity as the original was a favourite among the family.

I needed a key replacement, but I had lost the key number, but they find it immediately.

John is a delightfully generous person, he goes above and beyond for the company. The response time was quick and fluid. Delivery was swift and hassle free. Love the product and appreciate the great service. Thank you!

Love this new lock. More flexible; perfect size and shape.

Using for about 1 month. Seems a lot of thought went into design: because it’s bendable it’s more versatile than u-locks; it’s fun to open locking mechanism (though I worry that it may be starting to stick a little, and if so, I may need to contact customer service); it shouldn’t matter really but lock itself is pretty; and it’s so light!!

Five years TiGr experience
I just returned from the Brompton shop in Berlin - where the new G-line was presented.
Had my bike in front of the shop, locked with my TiGr Blue Steel - and it felt that this lock was the 2nd biggest attraction for the folks there.
Even the shop owner came out and wanted to know all details about the lock. Still, after five years, I am very pleased about the quality of the locks and how it seems to be "unattractive" for thieves in Berlin.
