Recently my bike has been stolen...but not my TiGr lock ! My fault because that time I attached the bike by the fork, something I usually never do. So all I had to do was buy another bike and a new lock holder.

Easy five star
Easy five star. I've had a total of four TiGr locks now, beginning with when they first started out. All of them are still in service. Their communications, responsiveness and promptness in shipping are all excellent. As an added bonus, they're a father and son company actually based in the U.S. They can't be beat in terms of weight to performance. Worth every penny. A gold standard in bike locks.

The whole story
The whole story: great product, was frustrated that I lost the lock cylinder, happy to learn I could replace it, so I did, purchase easy, arrived quickly, works great. Then yesterday, I found the old cylinder! Someone had left it on a ledge near bike parking area I use occasionally. Thank you to the good Samaritan! Now I can order a new shackle and have two locks.

Great Customer Service!!!
Working with the team, I was able to get new keys and new cylinders made for my tiger lock. The team was very responsive, was very accommodating, and knew exactly what to do in order to resolve the problem. It’s rare to get customer service this awesome in this day and age. Keep up the great work Tigr Lock!!!

I'm a big fan of my Tigr lock but
I'm a big fan of my Tigr lock, but my last mount broke while riding. Just rough terrain no falls or anything serious, which isn't great. I bought two this time one for each of my bikes. Two of the 4 screws for the mounts were not machined. No way to install them as the tops didn't have any usable grooves. Luckily I was able to use my old screws.

The keyhole requires frequent flushing…
The keyhole requires frequent flushing with lubricant to allow the key to be fully inserted. As a theft discouraging device, though, it is great! My real complaint is with places that do not provide a way to properly anchor the locked bike.

excellent real life theft deterrent
I’ve been using TIGR ti locks for 4 years now…..so what is important about the lock is that on an attempt in London the thieves gave up. They couldn’t cut or twist and didn’t grind because of the location.
I know it costs a little more but it’s so much better than even a kryptonite new york which thieves have managed to get through and weighs a tonne.
Plus TIGR customer service has been top drawer. I have 3 of their ti locks now to use across two people bikes.
I trust the locks more than the insurance companies…the only thing that I would say is can we get Tigr locks on the sold secure list so they are insurance approved?

Got stuck in customs - late and expensive
The lock got stuck in customs so delivery took about a month in total and got hit with significant additional taxes. Good lock, but wouldn't recommend buying it if you're not in the US
(Not sure why Tigr is arguing with the comments, but even if their facts are off - I ordered on Aug 6th, and got in Aug 30th - we are in agreement: good lock, long delivery, and big customs charges if you're in Europe, and all of this is within expectations for them)

In principle everything was OK
In principle everything was OK, but the shipping method caused a delivery period of more than a month. Result was that we had to leave abroad, using our locks, but without spare keys.

In this case, we shipped the custom key order within 48 hours via the postal service. Shipping via postal service is the least expensive method by a wide margin, but international shipping times can be hard to predict. Shipping to an address outside of the US can take over a month. I love my TiGr BLUE mini+
First of all, I loved my TiGr BLUE mini+ so much that I decided to order another with a keyed alike cylinder.
Somehow my keyed alike cylinder order got screwed up and it wasn't delivered to me. However, one quick email to TiGr and it was sorted out. They got the cylinder in the mail the same day.
