Vivimos en el Reino Unido y tenemos un apartamento en Tenerife que alquilamos. Nuestros clientes nos avisaron de que el servicio de internet no funcionaba. En cuanto les informé, Tiekom comprobó la línea y confirmó que había un problema. Se organizó la visita de un técnico en un plazo de 24 horas y solucionaron la avería rápidamente. Un servicio de primera categoría.

Customer support is an example for other providers. If any problem occurs they are very helpful and quick with replies and useful suggestions or solutions.

We have been travelling around UK, Spain and France in our campervan for the last 6 months and have been using the data Tiekom simcards. We found them excellent and have never had a problem with coverage. Their customer service has also been excellent and have responded promptly to any query. We highly recommend them.

Tiekom voldoet aan de wens van de "gemiddelde internetgebruiker" die af en toe een filmpje kijkt, een keer met het thuisfront belt met video, mails en krant leest en het nederlandse nieuwsjournaal volgt. Dan is 130 gb binnen de EU ruim voldoende. De kwaliteit is top en de service ( engelstalig ) via mail of telefoon is geweldig ! Kortom : dikke aanrader !!

Ik ben erg tevreden over de service die TIEKOM biedt! Ze reageren snel via de mail en helpen je snel. We hebben het internet vooral op vakantie gebruikt. Tijdens de reis in de auto konden 3 kids naar hartelust streamen.

I have paid my invoice two times this month, because their system does not reg the payments. Still my phone does not work. I try to contact them via phone, and they also made sure you can't call them because their own customer service is outside your subscription with them. The most horrendous experience I've had with a phone company so far.

Fantastic customer service. Correspondence in my native language and virtually instant response to emails. Have given us a discount and upgraded our equipment. Engineer was very helpful and polite. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Steve

I have used Tiekom in the past as well, and always go back to them when traveling abroad in Spain and Europe. Their customer service is amazing, they are always so helpful and quick to respond to any query. I have had no trouble at all, the coverage is great and superb value for money. I have been using the services of Tiekom since 2022 for a frequent number of monthly data contracts. In doing so I have been provided with a truly outstanding level of support to ensure full use of the services they provide.
Whilst I am not the most tech aware customer they have always responded to my queries and resolved issues such as setting up physical and E Sims. In particular an outstanding Tiekom point of contact has been Camino Arias who has always appeared readily available to resolve issues on behalf the company. I would add that Camino has been frequently mentioned on associated forums, particularly UK motorhoming, as the person to contact for data roaming contracts. In short, I highly recommend Tiekom services and Camino Arias as a point of contact.

Mooi pakket voor de camperaar. Bruikbaar in heel Europa en je kan het tijdelijk, voor een klein bedrag, "parkeren" tot de volgende reis. Ook de helpdesk werkt goed en snel.

Op dit moment het beste aanbod voor snel internet onderweg. Wij gebruiken in onze camper een mini-router met een simkaart van Tiekom. TV en films kijken en dagelijks de krant lezen gaat probleemloos. Contact met de helpdesk gaat ook supersnel.

Buitengewoon goed geholpen door Camino alles keurig netjes geregeld.

Fantastic EU coverage with the new 130GB (EU)/400GB (Spain plan), with esim and sim possibility. Have not seen a better affordable data telekom provider. And even better, the support of Tiekom is outstanding. Fast response via email, simple. Even in weekends and non office hours. Technical support, advice you name it. Tiekom does everything to make their product work for the customer. I purchased a mobile router (Acer Connect M6E), and with the esim from Tiekom, I am able to work everywhere in the EU with their data plan.

Always good connections. Always a quick answer when you ask a question via email.
