Marlon was great at interacting.
public transport was a let down as the concert went longer than any train service. No bus seemed to be about as a replacement.

Having them stored on the wallet on the phone, with ease of getting the tickets.

Ticket Master were not to blame but the presentation from WB was disappointing. The lead singer gave us 2 hrs of highly amped ‘rock-junk’ before he switched to the stuff everyone came to hear. The quality was no better than some average pub-band. Banjo, mandolin, violin never showed. See WB again?… never, don’t waste ya money.

Rock Tenors were great and their music was perfect. Great choice of anthems

Great: Ease of purchasing, receiving & using tickets.
Not so: It would be very helpful if your ticket or comms clearly stated when the doors open.

Don't know about Ticket master, but Marlon's concert was sublime!

A chance to see one of the most unique duos live was incredible

Really impressive stadium with great sound and lighting. I was not aware of any crowd issues and the entry/ exit went surprisingly smoothly.
Would have like the elevated screen to be a little bigger

The game was great but the Ticketmaster experience was terrible bought my 2 x Ticketmaster tickets months ago secured specific seats back row on about halfway all confirmed and even on the day those seats came thru with your barcode only to be DECLINED when we arrived to check in!!! Told to go to Ticketmaster counter your staff were very good and apologised txts me new tickets same seats and we had to recue to go back thru only to have these txtd tickets to also DECLINE back around to Ticketmaster master counter again staff good phoned someone and found we had been SHIFTED without ANY communication at all to seats in same stand BuT on the 22 metre and half way down!!!not what I had booked and confirmed my Ticketmaster app was still showing my original seats!! WHY did you need to shift us??? More importantly WhY did you not communicate this either on my cell which you have or via your own app??? We were finally given printed tkts and had to recue again to get thru to our new seats
This was a terrible Ticketmaster experience I booked and paid in advance expecting the seats I’d booked and no hassles as I’ve said your staff on the frontline were good and apologised but I would like a full explanation please?

Very well organised event.

The sound was very poor and not a great concert to be honest there was no brass section and he didn't play half his songs and Mike Scott did only one encore.....

Enjoyed the show. Laser Kiwi were great.
Theatre is a nice small space.
The venue was quite cold - glad we had jackets. Some more signage for the Herald Theatre would be good but we found in the end. Reception didnt seem to know how to get to it ??

Good reminders. Easy to use e-ticketing and I was able to transfer a ticket to my nephew ahead of the concert.

Amazing show Marlon Williams has it all a true NZ entertainer. Loved his show

What a shocking website! Tickemaster you guys need to sort out your ticket sales coding! I have tried 2x to buy tickets and nothing! timeout before I enter banking details, after I entered banking details and yet still, NO tickets!
I regularly shop online and this experience was just a disaster. I am sure you can do better, Ticketmaster.
