We sold our house through Thomas Brown recently. We chose them as they had the most sales in the area. We also liked the fact that they had a dedicated progression team chasing queries, solicitors etc. who always got back to us promptly.

I have recently moved house and Thomas Brown Estates was the agent for property i was purchasing. Barbara Haddock, part of the progression team in the Orpington branch is the reason i am writing my first ever trustpilot review. She was absolutely FANTASTIC! Moving is super stressful and everyone else involved in the chain was useless, except for Barbara. She was so helpful, so clear and just a god send when stress levels are through the roof. If everyone was as good as Barbara the move process would have been wrapped up in about a week! Thanks so mcuh Barbara you are a star!

Five stars were not given, because, when we pulled off the market, because of the pandemic, we received a letter warning us that we were not to sell through anyone else and, if so, you would charge. Whilst we recognise that this was a standard letter and we could understand the reason for it, we felt that our discussion with you intimated our concern re COVID 19 and our reason for coming off the market was due to this.
