Very Good customer support

I rang because I was completely confused as to what I was doing, I spoke to a lovely lady called Tabeen, she listened to me and then explained things very clear and simply. I was panicking and she completely put me at ease, I will sleep a lot better tonight, unlike last night. 🙏 Thanks Tabeen.

I was using the app yesterday for ID checks etc and had some questions so I called customer support and spoke to Jess who was very helpful, patient and professional. Having been guided by Jess the application was completed in a very short time.

Was helped enormously by an unbelievable chap, who was so patient & made it so easy after I had spent days trying to make it work. Could not recommend him strong enough. Thankk you.

Think that the need to do verification was a complete waste of time. The solicitors that we are dealing with have had identification confirmation previously. Having said that, the person we dealt with (Emmanuel) was very helpful.

Not being very experienced with phone technology, I was struggling with the App but Emmanuel took me through it step by step, and made it easy for me to then complete all my tasks including uploading of documents.
I wish all support IT people would understand that not everyone understands IT on a similar level and all companies would benefit from having a kind and helpful member of staff like Emmanuel.

Easy , straightforward and safe

App design leaves a lot to be fixed. Support email sent giving details.

Sadly some people don't have some form of photo ID like driving licence or passport which makes things harder for people to complete.

A bit difficult to understand at first but got the hang of it with patience. When i called for assistance they were helpful. When completed it was good to know that they confirmed paperwork had gone through.
