These people say that they have been instructed by Ovo to address my mothers apparent debts. My mother was 1 year and 364 days in a care home. Aged 97 years she died in November 2025. I have repeatedly asked Ovo how an empty property can run up hundreds of pounds of debt and why her bills are estimated when she had a smart meter. Ovo don't want to answer they just want these people to harass the family of a dead woman into making a payment. Lovely group.

The man I spoke to today, was understanding and incredibly helpful. He made me feel very comfortable speaking to him and he showed empathy and kindness. He was professional and very knowledgeable on the help services available. Thank you Declan for your support today.

SCAMMERS! AVOID!
They tricked me into believing that Vodafone are their clients and I owed Vodafone money after I had just closed my account with them. I paid Vodafone by DD and presumed my account closed before they had taken my last payment. I only realised Zinc are scammers when they refused to issue me with a receipt I requested and other details didn't add up. My bank has confirmed they are scammers, but because this happened over 90 days ago, my bank won't refund my money. I have lost over £327. :(
