The Wall Exchange Recenzje

Ordered some samples from this company, they arrived swiftly and is exactly what we are looking for.
We will be placing an order in due course.

I had a code to get a 15% discount when I was buying acoustic wall panels but it did not work at the checkout. I emailed the company and they give me a refund of 15%. Very good customer service.

Fantastic slat wall panels, we have high ceilings so the option of the 3metre long panels made the wall exchange one of a few that we could order from as we didn’t want a joint in the panels. Excellent service and rapid delivery

Amazing product will definitely be buying again.

Fantastic panels. I looked for ages and got samples from so many different companies before choosing The Wall Exchange.

TWE appears to be one of the only companies that offers a backing colour other than black (which I hate) for the acoustic panels. I am really happy with the beige/grey option and the panels look amazing in my son's room.

I have also bought the waterproof panels and these are yet to go up in the bathroom, but again, a great colour and solid looking product, and I have high hopes.

1 star off because I forgot to add the 15% discount when ordering and I asked to have it discounted retrospectively (given that the order was £££big) but I got no response; if you're going to offer a discount, do it up front don't make the customer work even harder!

Ordered samples and got them quick smart

Haven't fitted yet, but service seems second to none, Conner was all over it in response times to a couple of questions, well done

Awsome waterproof panel - quick delivery, easy to install - looks great! Really stylish.

Thank you !

great quality product and delivered fast!

Samples arrived within a few days and product was great quality

Love the wall panels, price was good with the discount and the delivery was great on time 👍🏿

Their slatted wall panels are fantastic. Not going to lie I was sceptical about how easy they are to fit, but they really are simple - especially withe the INCLUDED dry wall screws. I was also very impressed with the spacer inserts for electrical sockets etc. Seriously great product, prompt delivery, reasonable price - can’t fault them.

Slatwall panels made easy. Ordering slatwall panels from The Wall Exchange is quick and easy. The range of wood effects and felt made it easy to select slatwall panels to suit our decor. Ordering on-line was clear and concise, and the panels arrived within a few days. I would recommend The Wall Exchange.

Great experience at The Wall Exchange. The service we received was top class. Each member of the team we spoke to were very polite and helpful. The delivery was quick and the panels look great. Would definitely order again!

Friendly customer service, swift delivery and extremely easy to cut. We would definitely recommend it. We ordered the acoustic natural oak panels with the black felt.

I accidentally ordered the wrong panels after ordering samples from elsewhere and stupidly assuming the spacing would be the same. I luckily noticed before the order was sent and they were so helpful, they put my order on hold and sent me samples so that I could be sure and then sent out my order as soon as I confirmed which panels. They were lovely to talk to, understanding and helpful, really appreciated!

Really fast delivery and replaced my order free of charge next day, due to slight issues with first panel whilst on transit.. good service overall.

Ordered a ‘wall spacer’ for a plug socket after installing slatted panels. What arrived was absolutely shocking, warped and the wrong size, in my opinion not fit for use.
Looks like it’s out of a cheap Xmas cracker.

I received an order for 4 panels, of varying sizes and a few accessories, they came really fast which was amazing. And the quality of the products was incredible. One panel had a slight issue from delivery but when I got in contact they offered a replacement and it came the next day, they even called to run through the process which was an amazing touch. Would definitely recommend as there products are great and one big worry is always customer support and they have been incredible. Special thanks to Ryan!
