Biggest scammer company totally fraud

They are a scam as I still haven’t received my parcel and you can’t even find the website anymore. Extremely upset as I ordered something for my daughter and myself. My ordered was places 21st of September 2026 and it was meant to be a 48 hour delivery. Please avoid them.

Absolute worst experience. They took my money instantly and never delivered my order. Customer service is nonexistent when you ask for a refund or update. Do not trust them with your money!

The tracking no longer works. Website doesn’t load. Emails bounce back.their social media doesn’t exist anymore either. I haven’t received my order. It should have been delivered two weeks ago. This company is a scam.

J'ai passé commande il y a une semaine, ça disait que serait livré en 48h.maiq malgres mes doléances rien . J'ai remarqué que leur pub sur Tiktok ne s'affiche plus . Jai un numéro de suivi qui me marque que je serais livré a mon adresse.laos le suivi Colissimo ma paru bizarre et c'est maintenant que je viens de me rendre que je me suis faites arnaquer comme une débutante.
C'est fini sur Tiktok, je porte plainte et bloqué tout.
Vous payerez en enfer pour nous avoir volé

No confirmation email, no answer when contacting the company, my order didn't arrive either. Should have looked at the reviews, luckily my bank accepted my dispute case and I got my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

Même situation pour moi : commande non reçue, avec un numéro Colissimo créé mais colis jamais déposé.

J’ai effectué un signalement sur SignalConso concernant mon expérience, avec le SIRET 941 136 186 00017 et le nom Jules Loisel.

This is a scam company. Do not order from them, they do not reply to emails and blame the delivery company for parcel not being delivered. They do no give refund either but keep sending emails saying you can get refund.

Fake website
Payment declined - bank blocked fraudulent website but they still may have captured my card details. Froze bank card and got a new one.

Het is een scam niet erin trappen! Wij hebben wat besteld en geen bevestiging of iets ontvangen. Ook het product is nooit binnengekomen.

Ordered an abaya for my nephew’s wedding on 3/09/26 and never received it. They blamed Colissimo for losing the parcel, yet tracking showed the courier never received it! Endless repetitive emails, contradictory excuses and promises of a refund that has still not materialised.

Extremely concerning. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!
