Excellent experience buying wormer and pet goods at Vet Shed. Their prices are very competitive and postage was faster than expected given I ordered a personalised engraved ID tag.

I've only recently been using The Vet Shed and couldn't be happier. Their products are competitively priced and delivery is prompt. Plus they offer express post which was a big factor for me. Can't fault them and highly recommend them.

Easy ordering, fast delivery, quality product. The only small niggle was being directed to something called Link "to make it easier to pay" - I'd prefer not to do that.

There is no issue with the product I ordered, but I am really baffled by the fact that they chose to use Aramex to deliver the product.


I won’t write the details of my terrible experience with Aramex and the strange behaviour of their delivery guy.
Just Google Aramex Australia or Aramex Adelaide (I live in Adelaide) and you can see the huge number of negative reviews and how terrible their reputation is.
Unfortunately I googled their review only after experiencing their terrible and unbelievable service.

I think The Vet Shed is partially responsible to some extent for the bad shipping experience since they were the one who chose to use a delivery company with such a terrible reputation.

I will no longer order from any company that chooses to use Aramex to deliver products.
I’d rather order products at higher prices from other companies that don’t use Aramex for delivery just to save me my peace of mind.

Product was hard to find so it's appreciated. But it took two weeks to post from QLD to NSW which was annoying.

I've ordered from The VetShed numerous times. Their prices are great compared to other companies, they have such a variety, and their dispatch and shipping times are next to none! Always incredibly fast, effortless and straightforwards.

I have been a vet shed customer for a number of years.Their service has been great and I will continue to support The Vet Shed for what my 2 small dogs needs.

I ordered a product from Vet Shed on Fri 29 Nov and chose Australia Post as the delivery method. But I didnt receive an email with order confirmation or tracking advice. I called them. They said the product jhad been dispatched an hour after I ordered it and would be delivered on Tues 3 Dec. It wasnt delivered so I called them only to be told that the product I ordered had NOT been dispatched as they said on the Friday but was still sitting in their Brisbane warehouse (I'm on the Gold Coast). They promised to dispatch it that day & I would get it on Thurs 5 Dec. But they said it was coming by Aramex courier and insisted I had ordered that rather than Australia Post. I did not as I've had bad experiences with Aramex in the past & will not use them. So thats lie No. 2. The staff member I spoke to was quite rude to me, On Thurs no product was delivered so I called Vet Shed again. They promised t would be delivered on Fri 6 Dec but again it wasnt. I caled again and they said it would be delivered today, Mon 9 Dec but again it wasnt. I called yet again (5th time). The staff were very rude to me and said I'd just have to wait until their courier delivered it and they didnt know when that would be. I asked to cancel the order and demanded a refund but they refused. Meanwhile on 29 Nov I had also ordered 2 products from The Pet Chemist online. Both arrived on Tues 3 Dec from Brisbane. The Vet Shed product I ordered is supposedly coming rom Brisbane too but its been 10 days and I still have nothing. Clearly, the Vet Shed have given the worst customer service by botching this order, lying to me about it and refusing a refund. Disgusting. I'll NEVER order a product from these people again.
