I ordered food for my dog and didn't receive it though they said it was delivered,it wasn't and I can't get in touch with them.never shop with this company again. I can't find my order at all now.

Order has not arrived after being shipped 3 weeks ago. I am also unable to get in contact with anyone in regards to the missing items and have sent multiple emails all which are unanswered.

I placed an order for $106 and paid for it through PayPal. Nothing arrived despite various email enquiries. Finally I got an answer from Joanne at PetMarket saying they were out of stock and my money would be refunded, which it was. The order was placed on the 14th August and the refund received in the 29th August because they were out of stock! I suspect they knew this when they accepted my order. And they want me to rate my experience with PetMarket - One Star at best !

Terrible customer service. Items arrived damaged and I emailed multiple times with no response. They have PetStock on their invoice but Petstock advised they had nothing to do with them.

Highly recommend Petmarket for great range of products at reasonable prices and prompt delivery too!

Absolute SCAM! ordered stuff for my pup and have sent them emails weekly with no response, it's been over 2 weeks now and I just have to accept I have thrown my money away. DW I will be reaching out to the proper authorities to get this sorted.

Terrible store. Ordered harnesses online. Over $100. They sent me large. I ordered extra small. No phone number to call.
Sent email and got a reply saying they’d sent extra small. What a joke.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to deal with. I purchased an automatic cat litter tray which was to be sent from the supplier directly. $600 it was so quite a lot of money to go missing. All these random emails to say my order has been received, my order in in progress, and then my order has been refunded. But it hadn’t?? No other correspondence to say why my order had been cancelled. Numerous emails and no reply, I emailed the supplier and that was another issue. Their customer service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional right down to their English and sentences used in their emails. After arguing with them as to why my order was cancelled but not refunded, they dismissed me by saying petmarket should know we don’t have any stock, but if you want order fulfilled to order directly from our website. What?? So you don’t have stock to fulfil my order but want me to order off your website directly? And that I need to contact pet market to get a refund.
Still waiting for my money, still waiting for a reply. I didn’t realise this website is basically one big website that just sells items for other websites and don’t actually have anything in stock that they send themselves. Pointless and a waste of time

Worst company. Never recieved my order. Enquired after waiting 16 days. Order had been delivered to someone else 1600km away!
Didn't recieve an apology. Got a refund after I had to ask for it!

Looked at all their items for cats - food(wet and dry - cheapest is 33% more expensive than form a store or even a Vet(which has a high mark up)) medince(flea etc), toys and scratches and they are over 100% more expensive than buing from a pet shop.

Honestly I am quite scared to place order after reading all reviews. My order- 8x tofu litter bags arrived in 3 days, packages in good condition. Amazing! Cheap price. Will order in this website.

SCAMMERS!!!! Don’t buy from them. I ordered three boxes of litter and they only sent one. When I asked them where the other two boxes were they replied saying it was still in transit and sent me the SAME tracking number as the box I already received. I emailed them back saying that it’s impossible for both deliveries to have the same tracking number and they stopped replying.

Potential scammer! Ordered some things 4 months ago and never received the order. Emailed the company to request a refund and they tried telling me the order was still in transit! What a joke! Their website states 5-7 business day delivery so how my order can still be in transit 4 months is beyond me! Had to email multiple people to finally be offered a refund but I’m not holding my breath as to whether or not I’ll actually get my money back

SCAM ALERT! Took my money weeks ago, after a week I contacted them to ask why product has not been shipped they said there was a delay so I asked for a refund. 4 weeks later still waiting for the refund and also they never get back to you. There is no phone number, beware!

please ,do not use this web. No answer phone no reply email. They just took your money. And that is it!!

Ordered on Monday, took the money to received an email on Sunday (so almost a week later) to tell me they cancelled my order and will refund me !
First time with them, attracted me with their special discount for first order, but I will go back to my usual distributor and never order from them again. Too unreliable…
