I cannot rave enough about this company and their products.
Customer service right from the beginning was amazing. I was hoping to purchase something slightly different to advertised so I emailed and had an incredibly quick and positive response.
And honestly the turn around time was great, ESPECIALLY for a good quality made to order product.

Cristina was so great! She made sure I would be happy with the end product. Super easy to get in contact with, super quick to make and send off my Christmas decorations and they turned out perfectly.

my tripod was always curling up in a tight ball, and with a pile of blankets to keep warm in the winter, so we decided she needed a jumper! i could’ve ordered from amazon for less, but we’d have to cut off a sleeve or tie it up, and the quality wouldn’t have been nearly as good. she loves her BOIS hoodie, custom made for her measurements and BOIS even reached out to double-check which front leg she had missing. Excellent service, excellent quality, and so very cute!

We've been looking for a block coloured hoodie that could fit a Greyhound. Bois the Label are the only ones in Australia that have a custom fit option, that doesn't break the bank, and the quality is so thick and strong that we'll be glad to get more colours in the future to suit every occasion.

Received the shirts and very happy about it. Excellent customer Service. Did not think that I will be contacted to ensure that I am happy with the portrait for the shirt before they commence. Had a small issue in regards of shirt received but it was fixed straight away and very smooth process. Thank you again and loving my shirt! Definitely will order some more in the future :)

I purchased a snood for my cocker spaniel and it’s so cute and such good quality. It also came much faster than was expected, which was a nice surprise. My preference is to always try and buy from small Australian owned businesses and this one is A+++. I highly recommend!

True to size and amazing quality. The colour is perfect and love how it matches Zolo. Honestly can’t recommend it more for both dog and human. I’ve found communication great with decision making and one of the ambassadors was super helpful too. Can’t wait to order again.
