Some of the greatest customer service I have ever had. There was a slight problem with my order, I was contacted with full transparency about the problem. A work around was offered and I received more then expected! 12/10 - will recommend to anybody who will listen

Johnny be good
Johnny was very quick, easy and responsive to questions and concerns. He followed up quickly so that he could try to help as soon as possible. One of the water adapters had a bubble and cracked upon first use... I reached out to him and was sent a new set the following day. I have enjoyed all the various stems and especially the curved screens

Looking after customers
Despite some issues and a product that seemed faulty, the team went above and beyond to rectify this for me in a timely fashion. Customer service has been spot on.
How you treat customers when there's issues is very telling of a company and I'm very thankful that they worked with me to find a solution I was happy with.
Stems and accessories are great and I will be back for more in the future.
