Demonstrated That My Business Matters

Correspondence, packaging, and the quality of products were all great with my purchases.

Good service, excellent product

Had a very smooth experience ordering from this company. I bought their proprietary 'Ultra' dry cooling stem, having been unable to source a direct replacement for a broken Arizer Evolution stem. I was sceptical of Vapetrix's claim that their stem was better than the Evolution at cooling vapour, but I am definitely getting measurably longer, deeper draws with it.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend. Fast processing and dispatch times and great quality items.
Dosing capsules work great in the Air SE, and the PVC tubes for the mouthpieces don't let the glass rattle at all.
I was hesitant about the order but i'm glad I did it.

Have brought quite a few things from here (actually just finished another £45 order!) Great choice of items, reasonable prices, delivery by royal mail 48hrs would rather used evri but it's cool, always get a free gift when order over so much,love the little tray BTW! A nice friendly company to buy from, totally recommend them, buy with confidence 👌

Good experience

I've found what I need. My order was delivered relatively fast. I had some concern with one item but the issue was resolved very fast. Great Customer Service.

Solo 3 Order Problem - Quickly fixed!

I ordered from The Vapetrix for my Arizer Solo 3. Ordered a water bubbler attachment just for a more comfortable session.

Initially for some reason the glassware was nowhere near a fit for the Solo 3, however when I reached out to Vapetrix for assistance this is where they really came into their own and displayed top tier customer service.

They went out of their way to correct the issue, ensuring that a replacement was quickly dispatched to me.

Honestly I couldn't have asked for a smoother resolution to my issue and I would 100% use Vapetrix again.

Was recommended but disappointed

I really wanted to like this company as it was recommended to me by my brother with a glowing review. However my experience was the opposite

Ordered 10 of an item for next day delivery. When the package was not shipped till late the next day (this is ok as my order was late the night before) and then was just "at parcel shop" for the next 24 hours I contacted them to be told there was a 1 to 2 day handling time and this is highlighted in the delivery tab. Sorry but when I see next day delivery I do not go looking to see if there is a magical 2 day processing time. Then I was told there is a problem with my order and I had to wait while he found out what it was. He then said sorry but we have only shipped half your order and will ship the rest when they come back into stock . Ok but where was my notification of this ? there was none . I would not have known till the parcel come. He then said "We have excellent customer services" sorry but you do not well at least for me anyway

End of the day this would not have been the nightmare it was if there was better communication

This company provides products that are used with medicinal products for use with conditions such as clinical anxiety and depression. I informed Tom early on that is why I react the way I do and what was his reply? Well you can use the device without he said. Totally not the point. Anyway it is over now thankfully

We want to clarify the handling of your order. Because you ordered 10 of the exact same item and selected 1-Day Delivery, we prioritized dispatching 5 of them to you immediately rather than holding up your entire order. We wanted to ensure you had functional use of the items right away, with the remaining 5 to follow. We do apologize, however, that you were not automatically notified of this split shipment.

Your order was placed on August 18th at 19:38 and picked up by the courier on August 19th at 14:54—which is under 24 hours (please note our standard handling policy is to ship within 48 hours). We can see DPD sat on this package for 2 days with zero movement, which is clearly unacceptable for their 1-day service, and we will be in contact with them for answers. As stated on our Shipping page, once a package is dispatched, carrier delays are unfortunately outside of our control.

Regarding your feedback on our service, we respectfully disagree that our communication was lacking. Our team sent 23 replies to your messages to assist you. The longest you waited for a response to your final message was 8 hours, which is well within our standard 24-hour customer service response window.

Furthermore, we processed a full refund for your shipping costs during our correspondence as a gesture of goodwill, despite your package shipping well within our stated handling times. In fact, based on the timeframe between your order placement and your initial message to us, it would have been physically impossible for any express courier in the UK to have completed the delivery yet.

While we always strive for a constructive resolution, we felt the tone of our correspondence became unexpectedly adversarial despite our continuous efforts to assist you.

I had a great experience with Vapetrix

I had a great experience with Vapetrix. I was looking to order some backspacers for
My Arizer Go SRT, but I accidentally ordered the wrong variety for my device. I hopped on the Live Chat on the website and was able to get it sorted out immediately. Truly great customer service and the backspacers I eventually got have changed the game for my Go SRT. Couldn’t rate them higher.
