This company is not Canadian. My order was shipped from Sweden (!?!), probably made in China and the blue denim cap I ordered arrived white. I can provide evidence of the shipping details:
Your order number is 51383M114423 and the product name is Unisex casual Canadian vintage washed cotton hat. The tracking number 5854453724240538043 at tracking-hub.com
Also, cannot locate my original order info (invoice).

The clothing is NOT as show. Cheap quality non breathable fabric with stamped pics and not embroidered as shown in the images on website.
I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get a return to address for refund, but to date i have only gotten runaround emails with compensation offers of 27 - 29 CAD and I paid over $200 CAD for all the items ordered. Website also says you can return for refund but does not show return address
Would not recommend at all.

their ad for the canadian caps said made here in Toronto BS ....Visa didn't find them , when I tried to pay . Plus what they said was the total price wasn't what they tried to charge Visa ...its all fake

I ordered something on Feb.10. As of today, March 12th I have yet to receive it. It went missing but shipping company (UniUni) says it’s found & I’ll receive it in 10 business days. When I track it says returned to warehouse. Email from vendor this a.m.says it is gone & can’t be retrieved. What a runaround. Starting a dispute with my credit card company but not holding out any hope that I’ll ever see a dime. Social media need to remove this fraudulent company from their platforms.

Just received this order. Don’t know what to say, huge disappointment. Terrible quality and crappy materials , your website is misleading, great pictures but nothing is as how you have it displayed. Hat isn’t denim as displayed on site, no elbow patches on shirts….
Everything is complete crap. If I could give negative stars you'd get 10.

Beware! This is a hoax company, holds itself out to be Canadian and offering True North Canadian good quality apparel. Truth is that it is a Chinese company with a US.com website and sells cheap Chinese knock off style clothing that does not fit or is inferior in quality. They also overcharge your credit card with an AIYTECH out of Hong Kong.

The two shirts received were not true to size, the buttons did not line up and the elbow patches were not even close to the elbows. When I requested a refund and a return shipping label for defective shirts I was offered $10 CA, I spent $94! I said no, I will return for a refund. They said it would be not be possible, leaving me out money and worthless shirts.

This company sells crappy clothing. I ordered a true north strong and free henly style shirt. That showed embroidery, flag, and elbow pads. Turned out to be all fake silk screen. Elbow patches were in the front.
Company claims to be in Toronto On but item according to tracking is shipped from Sweeden. Actually came from China. Material is inferier quality, wouldn’t evennwash my car with it.
Delivery took two weeks, ironicly my CC was used fraudulantly from china for a purchase in Mexico.
Stay away from this company.
I sent them an email and was told by auto reply they are on vacation for 5 days and have a nice life.
Will be contacting CC company to reverse charges.

The shirt i ordered was a piece of shit, wasnt even close to the ad they had for it. The elbow pads where supposed to be on the elbow instead they where on the front. Shitty materal, They advertize beening in Canada, but the shirt is sent from someplace in italy, two weeks almost three weeks to get to me in western Canada. Scammers DONT BUY SHIT FROM THESE GUYS!!

Parcel did arrive but shipped from Czech Republic and of extremly poor quality! Notthibg like what was advertised! They also tried to scam my account 3 times for extra charges but I used PayPal and was able to stop them Total Scam! The product is not even worth the shipping costs I;m out close to $100 Live and Learn!
They are breaking the law stating they are Canadian and making these items in Toronto!

Just about anything using "sponsored" in the ads on Facebook and Instagram using a Canadian Cities name, is a Chinese Scam. Been caught too many times so google before you order.

This is a fake Chinese company. They advertised “made in Toronto “, however the sweater is actually made and shipped from China. Will not refund my money. These people are fraudsters.

I order two sweat shirts from this company. They are of poor quality and/or material. It looks like the sweaters came from Italy. I wore one of them on consecutive days over Christmas. The second time I noticed two picked areas, now there are more and sent a request to the company to either replace or refund. Neither happened what was offered was a nine dollar credit on a future order. I would highly recommend not dealing with this company as of right now they have no customer service.
