I knew what I wanted and had to keep looking a bit but I found it. traveling and wanted exact outfit. Now, just hope it all fits and works on vacation.

It was very easy to see all the items I was looking for. They look very nice and confortable.

Ordered an outfit which was not fit for purpose and quality was very substandard. Requested a refund and sent outfit back at a cost of £14. Several weeks later the parcel was returned to me. This is not a company I would recommend at all poor service

A scam..no refund and return process. I ordered one linen suit advertised as $50 only to discover once I confirmed that it was US dollars. A few hours later a second suit in a completely different size was added to my order and my credit card had been debited without my approval. When the suits arrived they were cheap nasty and ill fitting so I began a two month process with olivia to return the goods and get a refund. The goods were posted to italy and refused to be accepted then ultimately returned to sender. This process cost me $50 and acheived nothing. I contacted my bank disputes team and I threatened legal action with olivia and emailed daily demanding my refund which according to their policy I was entitled to. I was eventually given a 70% refund which after months of haggling I accepted. Do not buy from this company a total scam.

I liked the description of the items, but my top and bottom sizes are differesize. The size guide so I'm apprehensive about choosing the proper size.

The product is a good quality , and very stylish. The delivery took some time but not too long. The only complaint I have is the sizing. I am a size 16-18 and I ordered the XL which is supposed to be a British size 20-22. The outfit was snug on me.

I prefer a website where I can immediately see the status of my order, especially if an ordered item is needed for upcoming travel, as in my case.

I appreciated the notes I received & I did an original order. The outfit was too big for me but I suspect my granddaughter will be able to fit into it. Today I did a second order which I hope will be the right size. As I was completing my order, I was confused by a message that suggested I needed to confirm payment & when I did, it turns out I ordered a second item in a bad colour for me. Since then, I have sent two messages requesting a correction. Looking forward to seeing the navy track suit all on its own!

I saw the ad for North Fashion Store on You Tube. The clothes looked cute, reasonably priced. They gave 10% off, plus a dark scarf for my purchase. After a week, I received the 5 items (includes the scarf), shipped from Thousand Oaks, CA. First of all, the scarf smelled like a Chinese sweatshop. I noticed that smell on the other 4 items. The clothes didn’t fit like they show on the website. So, I asked to return them. The Returns portal wasn’t accepting my pictures with my iPhone, since any picture I took was more than 1 MG. So, I had to scan each piece of clothing out of the packaging and send it in an email, per Olivia S. Finally, I was accepted to send them back to their Returns Department in ITALY! The estimated cost for the 5 items in a box was $115+. Not a good price for items totaling $192. I guess I’ll have to take them to a local charity now. Afterpay is not going to help with this. Scammy company! No wonder their “1” rating is 45%…

An update to my previous review of North Fashions. I have now today received the parcel back!! North Fashion REFUSED delivery in Italy, even though the correct postage was paid and it was all posted properly to the address Olivia gave me! At least, I suppose, I have the rubbish suits back. I will never wear them as the quality is awful, but I will give them to the charity shop!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

The styles, quality and range of sizes are excellent. As is the final garment (our experience using other fashion sites has been patchy to very disappoining) the fit and feel have made North Fashion tge first stop for a look, which enevitably ends up in a purchase.

Love my new outfit and the sizing was perfect. So easy to order further pieces! The fabric feels heavenly.

How am I supposed to write a review before my order has even shipped? I ordered it a week ago and just received an email to review the service before they process my order. So far I am not very pleased.

I gave two stars because customer service was very helpful and responsive in getting me the information for the return; however, the return process is ridiculous and laborious. It seemed like it could have been a scam because I was shipping to Italy. I was able to verify the actual physical address, so now I wait to see if I actually will have my money refunded. I feel like the return process is so complicated they are hoping you will just give up and eat the loss. In addition, every piece of clothing I received was cheap fabric and poorly made, and one even contained a tag that confirmed they were made in China. The sizing was inconsistent…I ordered everything in an XL (another problem because it’s Asian sizing, but not according to the sizing instructions on the site) and one thing fit; three things were too small and one drowned me. I feel like this company over all misrepresents their products as being from whatever country you sign in from, and everything is very poor quality. I will not be ordering from them again.

Two items purchased were too small based on referenced sizes. Took 30 days to receive the products. Attempted to get refund. Informed my purchases were non-refundable, based on expiration date.
