I have been using this tea supplier for a number of years and have always been impressed by the range of teas on offer. Found a tea I like that I order from time to time. Don't drink a lot of tea, but I do like a quality one when I do. Well worth the price.

Better than what is on offer in the supermarkets, which don't often sell loose-leaf teas of good quality.

Quick delivery, nice large leafs and nice to have some indication of how to brew different teas. Loose teas are hard to find and this company is certainly a find!

There is a wide range of loose tea to choose from, which is great if you want to avoid using teabags. I favour the herbal teas and have had the sleep and relax one which I have found very effective for a restful sleep ( I certainly notice the difference if I don’t have it before bed), the raspberry rosemary organic, which is really pleasant, and my favourite ayurveda chai, which is really warming and gently spicy. I like the plastic free packaging, and it always comes very quickly after ordering.

Ordering was straightforward and quick. The tea arrived quickly, Comms were good and the plastic-free packaging is great. Fortunately the tea also tastes great. All round good first buying experience.

Great assortment and quality but a bit too expensive

Delivery of my order came within 4 days of the order. The tea is good quality.

I bought lemon balm loose tea. It arrived on time, well packaged in 100% recyclable packaging. It was a good colour and smelt fresh. My only mistake was ordering too much having forgotten how light loose tea is!

Great choice of teas. Swift delivery. I haven't tried all of them yet but the Mao Feng and the Sikkim are wonderful. I like to make my own tea bags with loose tea, so this new find for me is going to draw me in again. Thank you.

I've often ordered from this retailer and delivery and contents are fine. Recently there was an error made in the quantity received. The retailer quickly rectified this by sending me the necessary adjustment tea free of charge, without requesting any returns, as complementary for the original error

I ordered two types of teas, one of which I had as a sample (decaff dargeling )which was a nice amount to be able to try and see if you wanted to buy again or not to the acquired taste. I have found out this way that the sample is even better than the earl grey breakfast which I originally thought we would favour. But still very good , it's just our preference to taste. I wish I'd have brought a sample in the earl grey now also, instead of the large amount but I'm still really happy with tea the packaging and delivery. Plus I had an issue with my address being wrong when I ordered, the auto address fill in box came up twitch the wrong part of the address which I didn't realize till later when my confirmation email came. It said to make sure the address was correct and to contact them if so, which I did via email first then I saw there was a telephone number and I phoned. A lovely gentleman answered the phone and he was so polite and helpful he reassured me that he had received the email and had corrected the mistake. He was so friendly and put my mind at ease. Thank you. I would definitely recommend and will also be purchasing again.
