Very speedy delivery. Well packaged and the 100% plastic free was our main reason for choosing this company for our loose tea purchase. We currently have tea to use up but looking forward to tasting this tea after reading many positive reviews

The delivery service was excellent, well packaged and promptly delivered; however as for the tea, supposedly Lapsang Souchong, it is very poor quality, with no aroma and no taste. I do not believe it is Lapsang.
I would like to return it (less the few teaspoonfuls we have used) for a refund.
Please advise. I have the original box but not the tea envelope.

I bought some rooibos, nettle and peppermint and it arrived promptly and the peppermint is just so good and menthol!

I really love the teas offered by the Loose Leaf Tea Co. There's a wide range and some very unusual combinations not found on the high street; my personal favourite is the black tea with rose petals - absolutely divine! The website is very user friendly and the goods arrive quickly and beautifully packaged, which to me shows a genuine pride in their product.

I ordered a sample of English Breakfast tea which arrived in record time, free of delivery charges. Excellent tea but sadly too expensive for everyday use. Will definitely return to order for special occasions. Nice company to deal with.

I was looking for some Sri Lankan Orange Pekoe following a trip to a Sri Lankan Tea plantation earlier in the year. I found The UK Loose Tea Company on line so tried a sample. It arrived quickly in a special delivery package and looks and tastes perfect. I will be back for a larger quantity.

Fast delivery, sustainable packaging and I have to say the tea is far superior to supermarket tea.

I got a single cup infuser ages ago which I love but I am not great with caffeine and couldn’t find a loose leaf decaf so stumbled on this company in a google search for decaff loose leaf and have been very impressed.

The decaf breakfast tea is fabulous. I am spoilt for anything else now!

Unfortunately I had never heard of the Loose Leaf Tea Company, and I was searching for a "traditional" tea strainer - they had exactly what I was looking for. In future I will return to buy my loose leaf tea from the company, as my order was dealt with swiftly and delivered within a few days. Well done!

Excellent tea & prompt postage. I’ve been buying the Lapsang (a hard one to find) for a year now & am very happy.

Ordered some very nice loose leaf peppermint tea, was given some previously as a gift really liked it so ordered some more.
Unfortunately as soon as I saw that it would be delivered by Royal Mail I knew I would be lucky to get it.
Due to be delivered on 26th April, nope didn't happen, didn't hear from them until 4 days later, eventually arrived.
Good service front Tea company, let down very badly bother courier.

I have been using this tea supplier for a number of years and have always been impressed by the range of teas on offer. Found a tea I like that I order from time to time. Don't drink a lot of tea, but I do like a quality one when I do. Well worth the price.

Better than what is on offer in the supermarkets, which don't often sell loose-leaf teas of good quality.
