The range and quality of the teas is very good. It has encouraged me to explore a range of different teas and decide on my favourites. Ordering is very easy. The delivery is always prompt and well packed in recyclable packaging. I would definitely recommend.

I don’t like the tea being sent in a paper bag! There’s a reason tea is usually transported in air tight containers. There’s no degree of keeping the leaves fresh. It is a cheap alternative for yourselves…

The various teas are of superb quality, the organic assam tea, our go to daily, a variety of other black tea, and green tea, all superb. I use the gunpowder green tea in kombucha making which is lovely. The herbal teas are also excellent. I can't praise the teas or the customer service enough.

I was sent the wrong tea, not sure if it was my fault or theirs, but it only cost a second large stamp to return it and I quickly got my decaf tea. It is lovely that the people who work there are a small team so they get to know you.
Can't say I love their website, as I can never remember how to access my subscription, but they can fix it by email or over the phone.

The teas arrived quickly and were nicely packaged with comments. We tried them and they were interesting but sadly none of them were to our taste.

Wonderful as always, great tea!

We purchased 4 different types of tea. The organic spearmint and green tea and the lemongrass and ginger tea are ok. The peppermint tea tasted and smelled odd, it was like as if you picked any green plant and made a tea of it. Weird! The spearmint tea was equally awful. It had a very strange smell and tasted very bitter and synthetic. Would definitely not purchase from them again. I didn’t bother trying to contact customer service after reading the comments here. Three bags of ‘tea’ in the bin!
